Great location

Mossy Point is a beautiful spot and this house was in a great location. The house is Heritage- however I feel that this is code for very basic. The floor plan was unusual as 3 bedrooms had no internal access and I felt uncomfortable having my children sleep outside on their own. (I was aware of this before I booked) The extremely good price was probably very fair, however I would probably prefer to pay a few more $$ and have the house decluttered, deep cleaned and some newer style beds and more comfortable outdoor furniture.

We are glad that you enjoyed your time at this house, unfortunately because the house is heritage listed, our hands are tied with regard to the floor plan. This property is situated in a perfect location. Part of the charm of this house is the older styled furniture, some of which has been with the family and the house for generations. Fantastic location and view

The house is old and basic, and has some quirky room arrangements including bedrooms accessed from outdoors which can’t be latched from the inside. However it is clean and spacious, well stocked, has a pool table, and the location right near the Broulee bridge is excellent. The house is suitable for large groups of healthy adults, but probably not people with mobility issues (due to steep muddy street access), or families with young children (due to outside bedrooms and nearby cliff). We enjoyed out time here and would come again at the right price.

Lovely older cottage in a magnificent location. Not crazy about the booking and multiple fees just for a weekend though.

Fantastic beach shack

We had a wonderful weekend visit with lots of little kids running up and down from the house to the lagoon. Amazing living space and views, quirky bedroom layout but worked a treat. We will be back!

Old but perfect

We had 2 weeks in this wonderful charming old house. No dryer couldn’t find the barbecue but this was easily overcome by the closeness of everything else you need beach, inlet for kids, rock fishing, kayaking, coffee shop, supermarket and club which has a courtesy bus we love Mossy Point and Broulee we are definitely going to rebook AAA+++ from us.
