The cabin was very clean and tastefully decorated. The gas logs kept us cozy and warm. A 4 wheel drive is definitely needed if inclement weather is expected.

We loved the fireplace and the location! The beds were very comfortable. The home is very, very nice and close to Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Boone. It is so private and secluded, but there is alittle bit of road noise. Light sleeps, bring your noise machine.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Christmas vacation

We all enjoyed our time in this beautiful cabin, it was very close to restaurants and ski resorts and at the same time secluded. The perfect getaway for a family coming from Florida with kids.

Family vacation

Our family loved the cabin very spacious very clean it has all the amenities you need for a perfect family vacation. It’s in a prime location close to town but far enough out for privacy. My wife and I are originally from Kingsport, TN and Winston-Salem, NC, respectively. I attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville while my wife attended Appalachian State University right down the road in Boone, NC. I think we have always loved the mountains.
