Everybody no need to hesitate to book they are so good they give you your privacy like you own the home it’s spacious and beautiful too! I appreciate them allowing us to stay on our football trip to bullhead city if we return we will be definitely coming back. Thank you!

Everyone absolutely loved it. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable, and it has all the amenities a home should have. Great place to entertain or just and relax by the pool. We were four couples in total and we never felt cramped together. Everyone had their own room. We were able to have meals together. The back yard was great for hanging out. It was very peaceful and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We spent a lot of time enjoying the back yard. Access to the house was quick and easy. Our host was prompt and got back to us within the hour whenever we had questions. We were only five minutes away from the casinos and the river. 5-10 minutes away from anything else we needed. The house wonderful, the location was perfect. Hopefully I am able to rent this location again because everyone wants to go back.

Easy access to property. Communication with owner was great. We had an issue with one of the showers, and they had a plumber there as soon as possible to get it fixed. Everyone slept well. More than enough beds to accommodate everyone. Plus the washer and dryer worked. Unlike other properties we have stayed at. I hate the wet clothes smell after the pool. Loved the outside bathroom, eliminating wet floor inside the house to use the bathroom. Grill could of been a little bigger for a family of 10. But overall will recommend and will book again.P.S. First house that we have booked that actually had a pool guy come and make sure the ph levels of the pool were still good.

Beautiful Home

Our stay at this place was great, it felt just like home. It’s in a residential area so it’s really peaceful and quite there. Neighbors did not bother at all. It literally had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the needs from pots and pans to the silverware. Restrooms had extra towels and stocked in with toilet paper aswell. Anything that I noticed through our stay or out of place I would message our Host and he would respond in a timely manner. & Davis Camp was just 3-4 minutes away which was a Plus for us. It has 4 rooms and 7 beds. I booked for 10 people but im sure you can book for more. I would definitely book with them again.

Golf outing

This was our 17th year of our Laughlin golf trip. It was our third year in a row staying in this house. The house is set up so nice for us. The location is perfect. I’m looking forward to next year. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Truly enjoyed staying here, was perfect for us three couples, and everyone having their own bathroom. Pool was nice and the area of the home was perfect, close to Katherine’s Landing and Casino’s. Juan, homeowner was very attentive and always checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had any questions. Will definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful home!

My family and I rented Juan’s home for my mothers 60th and we absolutely loved iit. The home is very spacious and is equipped with daily essentials. The best part of our trip was the pool. The pool was large enough for 10 people to be in it at once & the water was refreshing. Aside from the home being great, juan was responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. We hope to stay at Juan’s house again. Thank you for letting my family & I stay at your beautiful home.

Cool Retreat

This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home. We come to the lake every year with our family. This house is the perfect break from a long day on the water. We had a couple of questions and the owners got back to us to help us out. The large kitchen and living room area was great so that our whole family could be together. The pool was wonderful and my teens loved taking pictures with beautiful lights around the patio area. We hope to stay here again next year.

Our 3 day stay at this home was great! Everything was exactly as described, beautiful home,spacious,everything worked properly,very clean and also everything was at a very close distance including davis camp.I have no complains about this property and i definitely recommend it and we will for sure be coming here again. Beautiful stay

Juan’s house was perfect for our stay. It was perfect distance from the river and lake. The pool was the best part of the house, it was super clean and refreshing. The outside bathroom and shower was pretty awesome too. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed which was really helpful since we forgot a couple of things. Juan was good with communicating with us as well from check in to check out. We will definitely come back again for another trip!

First timer!! Loved loved this BEAUTIFUL HOME!

My family and I book a Laughlin Trip every year. We stay in hotels and never really thought about an Airbnb. This year was different with everything going on with COVID my husband and I thought it would be great to avoid casinos where there were tons of people! Let me just start with the host, he was very polite answered all questions. Upon arriving at this Airbnb check in was easy and the home was very clean and was ready for us! We had no issues with the home it accommodated my family very well! Beds were comfy bathrooms were nice. It was great to have more than one room rather than everyone in 1 hotel room. Best part was pulling up to this beautiful home after a long day at the river and not having to lug everything back to a hotel room. Showering having some dinner and hanging by the pool with the kids. There was an issue during our stay on our behalf. Which was our fault and did not communicate with the Host about. He was very understanding and we apologized and got it fixed on OUR behalf ASAP. We sure will be booking again in the future. This is a BEAUTIFUL HOME & Well worth the $! Vacation here was a BLAST!! See you next year!

Bullhead City Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time. The home was very spacious and inviting with a refreshing clear water pool. We especially like this home because it has 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms to accommodate all of our family. I also really appreciate the small Santa Fe touches painted outside in the backyard. This is our second stay here and our host Juan is always very friendly and welcoming.
