Good morning Lee,I just wanted to let you know that my family and I truly enjoyed staying at your resort. I would gladly give it five stars for the convenience and for the fact that you provided virtually everything a guest would need during their stay. Overall, we were very appreciative of the accommodations and the experience.I did, however, want to respectfully mention one concern regarding our arrival experience. When we arrived around 1:45 p.m., my wife attempted to open the door after a few unsuccessful tries. A cleaning staff member then opened the door and stated, “I’m the cleaning lady, and I’m not done,” before shutting the door rather abruptly. Unfortunately, it did not leave the best first impression upon arrival.I also want to mention that we had not yet seen your text message prior to this incident. The last communication we had received indicated that we could arrive between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m., so we were under the impression that our arrival time was appropriate.Other than that experience, we truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful for your hospitality.Thank you again.
