Fabulous Family Getaway

We had a fantastic week in Kennebunk this summer, and "The Bungalow" was the perfect home base for our stay. The house is wonderful and ideally situated just a short walk from the beach on a peaceful side street, yet close enough to the Port. With plenty of space for everyone to spread out and a fantastic kitchen perfect for gathering and enjoying meals, we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Amazing place to stay

This house was even better than anticipated. We traveled with our 3 grown children and their families. There was so much space for everyone to spread out. The location was ideal as we could easily walk back and forth to Mother's Beach. We loved the front porch and the fire pit, too. We can't wait to come back again!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Kennebunk! The house was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and in a great location. There is enough space to spread out or sit together. The kitchen has everything you could need and is so spacious. The master bedroom has its own sitting area and a great master bath. The outside fire pit is awesome. I can’t say enough good things about this home!

The Perfect Summer Ocean Vacation House

This property is located two houses up from the waterfront, on a quiet side street. The house is absolutely lovely, tastily decorated , with touches of blue and lime green. My family was working from home, all were able to spread out into their own niches. I was so contented and at peace there. The rooms are spacious and very attractive. The kitchen is over the top, very well supplied with different sets of dishes and supplies. And two refrigerators!!! The bedrooms were comfortable and the. master suite is fit for a queen! The backyard fire pit was such fun with 10 Adirondack chairs. The front porch is wonderful, perfect for morning coffee and cocktails. The house is pristine, comfortable and right out of a magazine. Another Great Stay!

This was our second time staying at The Kennebunk Bungalow and we loved it just as much as last year. Great location, awesome house with lots of room to spread out, relax and entertain. Patrick is a great host and super easy to communicate with. We're all already looking forward to next year!

Great house!

We enjoyed staying at this house. The location to the beaches was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked a lot during our stay. The fire pit is awesome. Morning coffee on the front porch is a must. The owner Patrick was very easy to deal with and always replied fast when we had questions prior to our arrival. Thanks for a great trip to KPT!

Awesome house, just book it

Great property for family with young kids. Really cool layout with lots of space and the best porch/backyard ever. Highly recommend for families with young kiddos. Easy walk to the beach.

Amazing house

Loved, loved, loved the house. The pictures really don’t do this house justice. Huge master bedroom with sitting area; the other 4 bedrooms are a good size as well. First floor layout is great (including the large kitchen) as we could spread out around the house and not be up in each other’s business. For us though it was the ‘extras’ this house has. 1) killer fire pit, 2) a huge outdoor dining table, 3) front and side porch, 4) crows nest for morning coffee and star gazing, 5) lots of cookware, plates and appliances for eating in, 6) bikes which came in handy as we explored a number of nearby paths, 7) location - 2 min walk to mothers beach, 5-10 min walk to other hidden gems, beautiful neighborhood. Last is the owner who was very easy to work with and as we both were trying to navigate the rental under COVID. Thank you and your family for sharing your place with us!

LOVED our vacation in this wonderful home

Beautiful Kennebunk home - very clean and well equipped. Our family of six (kids aged 19, 17, 14, 13) loved all of the outdoor spaces from the fire pit to the relaxing front porch with ocean views. We walked to the beach and rode our bikes along the beautiful beaches every day. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We have been to Maine many times and this home is our absolute favorite!!

One of the best vacations ever!

This home was perfect for our family! Spacious, bright, nicely decorated. Three open family room areas that were great for the kids and adults. Kitchen was large and allowed a great gathering place and was fully equipped. Bedrooms and baths worked well with plenty of space. Really nice views. We spent much of our "rest time" on the porches and back deck. Landscaping exquisite. Walking distance to the beach. Neighborhood very nice and lots of options to walk or run. Compliments to the owner for his attention and responsiveness, and his vrbo! Highly recommend. The Harvey Family

Family vacation

What a wonderful vacation house! Our large family spent a week enjoying this wonderful house! It is so big, with plenty of room for everyone. The beach is only steps away! Which is great when you have kids with you. The backyard is fantastic! We spent every night by the fire pit. I highly recommend this house!!

We are a family of six who love the Kennebunks. We have owned a second home in Kennebunk since 2004, purchasing our first house in this neighborhood, the Kennebunk House, in 2009. The Kennebunk Cottage was purchased in 2017, allowing us to share the experience with even more families. This current house was purchased in 2018 and will allow us to cater to those looking for this level of stay in the Kennebunks. We enjoy sharing our home with people who will appreciate the area and the attention we give to meeting our guests needs. We look to improve our property -- in both large and small ways -- every year to benefit our guests' use and enjoyment of the house.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Being blessed to own two properties in the neighborhood already, we had no intention of buying a third. However, after walking through the home during an open house, we decided we really wanted to try to make it all work. We love how homey it feels as well as the quality level of finish throughout. We look forward to being good stewards of the property!
