Nice Townhome

This is a very nice townhome; and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. If you have issues with stairs don’t do it. There is a steep 2 steps down to the living room which was difficult on my MIL and all rooms are upstairs. Hot tub, really a jacuzzi in master bath. No blinds downstairs.

Reunion

The property and location were great. There were a few issues like cobwebs on the light fixtures , ants In the bathroom, The coffee and filter were left in the coffee pot and were moldy.

Very nice stay in Campbell

The townhome was comfortable and cozy for 5 of us, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The location was great, mainly because it was close to my Dad's house, where we were celebrating Thanksgiving. It was also very close to a Safeway, which was great for buying groceries. Mostly quiet, although we heard some faint voices at night from the Master bedroom. It would have been tight to try to fix Thanksgiving dinner in the small kitchen and there is only dining room seating for 4, but it worked for us, because all meals were at my Dad's. Having the garage to park in was great. Very clean, lots of towels, and full bottles of shampoo etc in both full bathrooms (contrary to another review).

Special Event Away

Enjoyed the area, easy access to freeway, and enjoyed walking in the area. A few items to improve on would be in the cleaning process. I’ve already communicated with the host regarding the cleaning.

Wonderful spot in a great location

Had a wonderful stay here with our trip to California visiting family. The house was well equipped and beautiful and our host was responsive and accomodating. Would recommend.

Convenient, adequate place to stay

We stayed 5 days during my daughters graduation from Santa Clara. Rooms and beds were comfortable, master suite very nice, but bed is extremely low. House was clean, except there are no host provided soaps or shampoo in the shower. In both baths, there is just a hodge-podge of body soap, shampoo and conditioners left by numerous guests, numerous half empty bottles. We lost power, communication was slow. Power came back but internet did not, I requested a call and did not receive one. Our last day was spent w/o internet which was a challenge working remotely. An adequate place to stay.

March Stay

Rooms/bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was equipped ok. Needed more silverware/knives/utensils/kitchen towels. Serving dishes and baking pans would have been helpful. The small patio area is very run down. Made due with a charcoal grill. Parked in the garage which was nice as parking is limited but no garage door opener available. Area is safe and clean.

Pleasant Stay

Nice location and well laid out floor plan. Very comfortable and well stocked. Pleasant area to walk and people were friendly and social distanced. Strange times during pandemic but at least it was comfortable. Grocery store was only 3 blocks away. Parking was off street.

Just what we needed

Our family needed a place to land and keep all of our belongings and during a busy wedding weekend. I picked this location because it is only minutes from the groom’s family’s home. Very conveniently located near Starbucks and not far from the freeway. The neighborhood is quiet. Parking is tricky if you have a large vehicle. Overall it was a great place for what we needed.

Great location for our purposes

The property was fine for a short stay. The lighting in the bedrooms was poor--you had to plug in the light every time you came in to the room. It needs to be connected to the switch. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great to have 3 rooms with queen or king sized beds. The house was clean and comfortable enough.
