This place was perfect for our large group and the kids and adults loved the game room! The only thing i could think of that we were missing was saran wrap! lllllolll. The outside back deck was great to have a view of the ocean and partially covered for listening to the rain. We will definitely be coming again! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay. The house was cute and clean. It is very close to the beach which you can see from several points in the home. I was happy that since there was terrible weather this house had plenty of space to hang out inside with our group and play games. The separate game room would be perfect for a group with older kids that needed their own space .

Perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment

We're surprised and impressed the moment we opened the door. There were 8 bicyclesIn the garage. The house so clean, the kitchen is big for the ladies to cook favorite foods. It only couple minutes of walking to the beach. Specially is basement. In its a casino type of table to play cards. A bingbong table that my friends really enjoyed play with. What really impressed us is soccer table game that we used to play when we were kids. Anything about this house is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. I would again rent it next time I go to the Seaside.

Our family had a wonderful stay! We celebrated one of our teen's birthdays. The house is spacious and can comfortably accommodate ten people.

Great location, nice house

Pulling up the house looks a little odd, like a garage. Inside is very nice and excellent for a family and friends, kids too. While a little off of the main drag but its a straight shot up the beach to all the shopping, helps with getting your steps in! Only thing that would make it better would be to have a door to the playroom from inside the house, that was not indicated in the posting. However we'd still rent that property again for future trips.

Game room was perfect for our teens

Confusing instructions to enter the house. You need to enter through the garage, the other door on the front of the place goes to the game room downstairs. On the upside the game room was a great hang out for 3 teenage girls. It saved our sanity and helped entertain them. e keep them

Perfect spot for the family

Really nice little house, right by the beach. Proximity to all the little seaside towns and access to the beach made this a perfect stay for our family. Great alternative to staying Cannon Beach as it was much quieter. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was pretty clean but we did have to clean some of the pots and utensils as some were still greasy. Overall our stay was lovely and we would definitely stay again.

Deceiving pictures

If you are interested in the “family fun” pictures, don’t be deceived. Almost every game and activity in the game room is missing some or all pieces, or is broken all together. Foosball handle was broken, no darts for dart board, speakers were blown in the karaoke machine, balls were missing from game table, etc. Only three out of the 8 bikes were in any way functioning. The cable box in the living room didn’t work. The kitchen had broken items as well, but functioned fine for meal prep. We asked the management company for a working coffee pot and they provided one fairly quickly. There was also a beeping smoke alarm in a locked room and it took the management company over 24 hours to find a key and replace the battery. The first night of sleep was horrible listening to the repeated beeping all night long. The beds were nothing special but were clean and comfortable enough. This house is in need to some attention if the owners are going to continue to rent it. It’s fine if you want somewhere clean to hang out and just sleep. Other than that, it’s not as described at all.

Yearly Summer Getaway

The location of the house is great. Short walk to boardwalk and the beach. The house was relatively clean. The games room was great. All 3 families would hang out there at night to play games and sing karaoke. The bikes were also appreciated by the kids. Minor things could be done to improve the property. It would be nice to have a propane bbq. The charcoal grill was unusable when we arrived because it was dirty so we had to buy a cheap grill at Home Depot. It would be great if more supplies were provided like paper towels, sponge for the dishes, dryer sheets, hanging rack in garage for drying swimsuits/laundry. But overall, great location and enough room for our 3 families.

Pretty good except for...

The majority of the property was clean and well kept, except for the fact that we found an old (black) banana on the refrigerator and candy wrappers under a couple of the beds. The most frustrating part was the fact that the codes for the lock to the house didn't work and we had to call the company for access. And finally, we had no defined checkout instructions (as far as house prep), so we just did what we would have wanted if it was our property. Aside from that, we enjoyed the location and game room.

So Fun!

This was my family's all time favorite rental property! We had four kids ages 8-15 hanging out in the game room, doing puzzles by the fireplace, and riding bikes along the beach trail. We truly could not have asked for more!

Close to beach

We enjoyed our stay as a family! Close to town and the beach. Our kids enjoyed biking to town and back everyday.

Girls Get-Away

We liked the location of this home just off the beach and on the quiet side of Seaside. The home had comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a nice kitchen/family room area. The home is in very good condition. Bikes were available to ride on the boardwalk. Carpets and upholstery were in need of cleaning.

Nice house, great location

This was our second stay at the house. It's a great place for a group of friends and we love the location. 1 block from the beach, short walk into town, a store right around the corner.

Family Vacation

This was first time our daughters(families) and parents rented a house altogether for a vacation. The communication started off very poorly. First we were going to get in at 4pm, than 5pm and last 6pm( the house was not cleaned on time) Our daughter was horrified because she had a two yr. old who wanted to eat and go to sleep. There family flew in from Denver, Co. and we drove from Washington. There was no where to put groceries, every shelf was filled with pot and pan etc. We had to move them and put them under the beds. The remote control for the TV was no where to be found. We called and left a message and never heard from them. Two days later our daughter found it behind a dresser in a bedroom. Along with the toaster did not work we had nothing to hang up a hat or jacket. We did find a hook coat rack out the back porch broken. We asked before coming if they had a hair dryer they said, No. They had two we also asked if they had kids toys and books and they said, No. We brought hair dryers from home along with books and toys and we didn't need to. The house was to accommodate no more than 10 people it has enough dishes/glassware for 20 people. It would help immensely if they move half of the stuff out. Its like they have a over flow of dishes etc and had no where to put it except this house? The house was a great location to the beach but no follow up with the owners once we got there and saw that we had to wait 2 hours before getting into our rental and no personal communication.
