Oakview Manor is a beautiful and stately, spacious, old home, on a gorgeous and quiet, oak-lined street. The home is in the western historic district. It is merely a few minutes drive to the heart of the historic River Street district and only two blocks walk to the iconic Forsyth Park. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely. We look forward to staying here, again. We highly recommend breakfast or lunch at Collins Quarter in Forsyth Park - every bite is heavenly!

A beautiful home in a very safe area. Walking distance to many sites, restaurants, etc. Property was clean and comfortable. Parking is available right in front of the home. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely, quiet neighborhood. House was as described. We had no trouble finding parking and was able to park directly in front of the house. The only recommendation I have is to have a step up stool for the very high bed in the front. I am tall and I struggled to get in and out of the bed. That door also didn’t completely close so needs to be fixed. Kitchen had a lot of pots and pans, dishes and pretty much everything you need. But if you plan on cooking bring salt and pepper! I was expecting it and had to go buy it. We had a great time and would stay again.

This is a lovely home on a quiet street in the beautiful Historic District. Tree lined streets, interesting architecture and a beautiful park just a couple of blocks away. It is absolutely as described and pictured. We discovered a Whole Foods about a 10 minute ride away - which was great. It's a great walking area. It was me, my daughter and her 5 year old. He loved the house and was sad to leave! Full kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware and utensils. Full size fridge. Washer and dryer. So clean you could eat off the floors! Street parking was easy. The area is quiet day and night. When we arrived and didn't have the code for the front door - they had texted us but it hadn't arrived, we called and the office texted again instantly. Any dealings I had with Lucky Savannah were friendly and professional -- and helpful!

Spacious getaway

The house met our needs quite nicely. It was spacious enough for 5 people to sit around and catch up. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The check-in and departure procedures were very simple.

Great location!

This house is located in a beautiful and historic neighborhood just a mile walk from the Savannah River. It was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the house felt large enough for the six of us, and we enjoyed touring the city without having to use our car.
