This resort is beautiful and clean, front desk staff friendly, indoor and outdoor pools, on the water. Would have stayed here again for a romantic weekend or family trip if it weren’t for the lack of parking, and initiative to create a parking solution for paying guests. The listing was inaccurate and stated guests are given one permit per unit if the resort is full. This is no longer their policy and instead there is no parking enforcement and it’s first come first serve with many units taking 4-5+ spots in the small lot. The lot was overflowing with cars lining the driveway and in no parking zones when we arrived. We were offered the solution to get towed if we parked anywhere in the city of Delevan or to park in a ditch that would have easily tipped our SUV or might require a costly tow for a vehicle to get out. The on duty night manager complained to us about not having parking for himself to work, as if we had inconvenienced him, and said there was nothing they could do (Um yes there is, you can enforce the one permit per unit policy). We paid overly high surge prices for the nightly rate and expected resort level. Front desk staff was empathetic and helpful, and passed to manager who did not contact us but refunded $50. Do not recommend staying here unless they make a big change to their parking policies, get a lot elsewhere with a shuttle, or make an arrangement with the city. Or if you don’t drive it might work.
