This is a great location and a really nice property. It was clean and had nice amenities. The beach items being included was so great for beach days.

2024 vacation

The check in process was simple and the property was as described. We loved the view from the balcony! The neighborhood was great and everything we needed was close by. The couch in the living room was a bit uncomfortable, but we were mainly there just in the evening so not really a big deal. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone going to Cocoa Beach.

Great View, Nice Condo

The complex was very clean and well kept up. It seemed to be a very safe area. The dog area was convenient. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading books I found in the condo.

Excellent stay and staff

I was pleased with the communication by the agency. Although the area was only under a severe thunderstorm warning from the hurricane it was nice to receive communication about the preparations for the minimal storm.

Perfect Location

This was not our first stay in the building. We love the location, amenities and property manager which is why we came back. This is a very nice building that is well kept, and Zareh is awesome. Most everything was as it is represented in the pictures with the exception of the living room. My only recommendation is better furniture in the living space, couch is not same as in picture and not conducive to relaxing. Overall, will be back!!

Great Condo

The condo was exactly as described. Excellent location. Right on the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Super clean. Zareh was very accommodating and helpful with all our questions.

Has it all! Beautiful & comfortable condo and loved the view & location!

Our 9th annual trip and this is by far the nicest condo we've stayed at! It was also immaculate. The view was incredible, we loved being right next to the Pier, and the condo was gorgeously renovated and decorated. Very comfortable mattresses and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The staff (Kelsy and Bob at the building) are amazing at what they do - thank you!

Great family fun

A balcony view of the Atlantic Ocean, Cocoa Beach Pier and Cape Canaveral. Sunrises and big ships to watch. A smaller complex with clean and modern condo’s. A great place to vacation.

Beautiful Location

Loved the location. Living room furniture not as pictured. “Futon” style sofa very uncomfortable and well worn. Only other seating besides table was a heavily soiled chair. We weren’t there for the furniture but the view. Watched two satellite launches from rooftop. So cool. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony and sunset from the rooftop. Even had a rainbow one evening, Will be back but hope our timing includes comfortable indoor seating. Peace to all.

Absolutely Amazing!

Everything was great! Spacious and comfy, great view, awesome location, and very attentive property manager! Nice amenities, huge TV's, beach stuff, perfect pool, adequate parking, and great services.

Great Location, Unbelievable Sunrise Views

This unit is wonderful and exactly as described, it is very close to the pier and easily walkable and the balcony views are direct of the beach with no obstructions and beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic.

Location, location, location!

Beach? 2 minute walk. Pier? 4 minute walk. Ron Jon's? 15 minute walk. Local restaurants? 8-12 minute walks. Park the car and enjoy the beauty of Cocoa Beach! Definitely worth booking again.

Perfect location

This condo has the best location one could ask for. It is oceanfront and steps from the Pier. The space inside was perfect: well- equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. We have one large suggestion though. The couch was the most uncomfortable sitting spot as well as the king bed. It is important after a day playing to sit and relax but this was extremely difficult due to the furnishings. Netflix was a real bonus since no DVD player. We would hesitate to stay again only because of the furniture. Thank you

Great location, poor bed

Our family enjoyed the space of this condo and beach views!! ✨❤️🎉. We were less impressed with the beds. The master bed felt like springs with a cover over it. Not very comfortable. We would have very much appreciated better sleeping arrangements for the price at this property. The couch in the living area was extremely uncomfortable as well — was NOT the same as in the picture— and didn’t make it comfortable for watching TV. We found a dirty coffee cup in the cupboard as well. For small needs during our stay the staff was friendly, quick and accommodating. We enjoyed Cocoa Beach and the location, but would have enjoyed more with more comfort and a little more cleanliness.
