Great Stay

The house is private, in a great location for walking and/or biking to the Bay Beaches (Campground being the closest.) Second year staying here - will def go back.

Wonderful home!

This home had everything! It is exactly as pictured with plenty of space for all 4 generations of family. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely return. It was very close to many beaches and a lot of great restaurants.

Great house

Comfortable and spacious. Weather was cool so we did not have to use air conditioning. Great location for us as we like to Race Point and Herring Cove beaches which are a pleasant drive away.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

Great, comfortable and clean home . Everything was as advertised . We loved the interior design, we spend a week and would definitely recommend this home for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Eastham . One thing that might be helpful is to allow 4 cars when there are 8 people (4couples) staying.There is plenty of room in the driveway .

Perfect spot for a summer beach getaway!

This was my first time to Eastham with my two teenage boys and another family. We had an amazing time. The house if perfect for hanging out with teenagers. There was a big coach in the living room and we could all hang out. Big kitchen for preparing food and a nice size table inside and out for eating. The location was great. We were near two great ocean beaches, bike trails, restaurants, ice cream & mini golf. I highly recommend this house. Would definitely come back again!

Lovely home

We had a wonderful four-night stay. The house was in a perfect location for us as it provided convenient access to local restaurants and stores (who could beat Hole in One donuts and Mac's Seafood?), to Audubon walking trails, and to Wellfleet. The house itself was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. We hope to return for a future trip.

Great week in Eastham

We had a wonderful week at this property in Eastham. The house was well furnished, and the kitchen was particularly well stocked. Beds were comfortable, and the AC units in the rooms worked well. The outside shower was terrific, and the location was situated perfectly for us -- easy access to both bayside and ocean side beaches, 25 min from Chatham and 40 min from Provincetown. Our family of 4 was very comfortable, and there was a third bedroom that we didn't even use. A lovely spot!

Peaceful Retreat

The house was super clean. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Short drive to beaches including Provincetown and Nantucket. Would come back!

Spacious, Beautiful, and Clean

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a private and peaceful yard, this cottage hit on all marks. The cottage was clean with modern amenities and the open format gave it an airy feel. We were two couples and had plenty of space. The two upstairs bedrooms are huge and master bedroom has an en suite full bathroom, perfect for privacy and a feeling of luxury. At night, you could hear the crickets chirping and see a blanket of stars from the back deck. The downstairs bedroom is tucked away and quiet, and the laundry room being separate from either bathroom is an added convenience. The cottage is a five minute walk to Hole in One Bakery and twenty minute walk to Campground Beach or five minute drive to First Encounter Beach, both ideal for beautiful sunsets. Top notch cottage and wonderful experience. I would stay here again in an instant.

Perfect Cape vacation

This property was exactly as described. The location is in a family neighborhood, set back from the road very quiet and we felt comfortable letting the 14 year olds walk to the local stores. Easy access to the local beaches. It was extremely clean with plenty of kitchen supplies. The 3 bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. The downstairs bedroom and bath are ideal for someone with mobility problems. Large back deck and yard. We would rent again.

Cape vacation

The house was clean and the location was great, but I do have a few suggestions to make the stay better. My family and I do cook in a few nights when we are away and my husband and I felt as those the cooking and cutlery utensils could be updated. You may think this is a tiny issue, but it is quite frustrating when you can’t find a decent knife to slice vegetables. If this were my property I would update all the old utensils, streamline what I have and update with newer ones. They do not have to be top of the line, but would certainly make it less frustrating when cooking. I would organize the kitchen drawers better to make it easier and quicker to locate the items needed. The ice cube trays were cracked. Also- there were only two dish towels in the kitchen. I would add another set. And, especially for families with younger kids, I would have a smart TV with the Netflix and Amazon apps. Again, you may think this is little, but every other home we’ve rented has had this and it’s a nice feature to have. I know the house was listed without central AC, but just a heads up to the cleaning people, the filters were very dirty and I cleaned them the best I could. Thank You.

Quintessential Cape Experience

Perfect location for morning walk to bayside beach or donut shop. Easy access to Route 6 for restaurants and National Seashore beaches. Large yard with deck and outdoor shower. Air conditioning and small and large appliances in good working condition. Varied selection of pots, pans and dishes to satisfy all chefs. Tripped circuit breaker while vacuuming and maintenance arrived within 20 minutes to fix; excellent service. Only negative: 3 out of 6 in our party complained of uncomfortable mattresses and morning backaches. We enjoyed our stay on the Cape.

Fantastic Stay

The place is just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. There are a few maintenance related issues and the management office addressed them super promptly and professionally. The house is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood, and yet close to everywhere. First Encounter beach is just 4 mins’ drive, Nauset Lighthouse beach is 8 minutes away, and we also biked to Coast Guard beach. CCRT is closeby, Marconi beach and Head of the Meadow beach are not far either. The drive to P town is just under 40 mins. We will definitely stay there again!

Lovely property at Eastham, MA

We had an excellent stay at this vacation rental. The hosts have provided more than adequate supplies in the kitchen. The check-in and checkout processes have been smooth. The property was clean and well maintained. Except for the ceiling fan in the dining area all appliances were working (the ceiling fan was noisy)

This was a great place to spend a week on the Cape -- good space, great location (I mean, how you can you beat 2 minutes to Hole in One donuts??), easy access to everything.
