Great place, great location. Everything worked. Kitchen kit is pretty comprehensive.

A great spot in town. Easy walk to the heart of it. Nice deck off the kitchen, and new grill since the last visit. Reasonably quiet. Heat works great (who know one would need this the 3rd week of April?); A/C is also fine. Copious hot H2O. A perfect locale for 2 couples or a couple with a couple of kids they can toss into the second bedroom.

Home Away from Home

This property location is perfect for visiting Roswell. It was clean and comfortable and the car port saved us several times when it started to rain. The owners were very attentive and promptly answered any questions we had. The only downside is the TV. There was limited channels and not a SMART TV so we did not have access to stuff when it was raining. If you have a Roku, you might want to bring it along. Other than that it was perfect.

A gem in Roswell - fantastic host!

The place was just what I needed for an extended stay for business. Upon arrival, the home was immaculate. It had all the little thoughtful things you would forget when traveling (shampoo, soap, etc). And the location is spectacular - a couple 100 feet from great restaurants and the quaint historic district. I could not recommend this home and its host more!

Perfect!

We loved our stay and we will be back! There was not a single thing that I needed that wasn't there. We enjoyed being able to walk, to pick up fresh vegetables, quick groceries, Roswell Park and restaurants. The decor is a little mix of contemporary and antique decor...done perfectly. Thank you for this beautiful cottage, on Canton Street!

Wedding getaway

My husband and I were in Roswell for my niece’s wedding and had the pleasure to stay in this lovely cottage! Everything was perfect & very comfortable- we hated to leave - the host is very accommodating and very nice and so helpful. We hope to Be able to return !

Comfortable

Good, basic accommodations. Good location within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Traffic noise is quite noticeable during the daytime - but not an issue at night.

This cottage is a great little place. A short walk to the restaurants and bars on canton St and far enough away that it’s quiet. Would definitely book this place again.

Perfect location, so cozy!

This place was great. It was so cozy and clean. Perfect location for all kinds of restaurants, coffee, breweries. Low-maintenance, too. I'm never a fan of places that leave you with pages of instructions that you have to complete in order to check out. This was so easy--allows you to actually have a break without chores! :-)

Perfect location on Canton Street

It's the perfect location. It's a 3 minute walk to a brewery and numerous restaurants and shops. Terry was great to work with and we will be back.

Perfect stay in Historic Roswell!

My wife and I stayed in this Roswell coat in the heart of Old Historic Roswell, GA during Christmas 2019. We have used VRBO over two dozen times and this stay was wonderful. The cottage was clean, comfortable, the owner could not have provided us better hospitality! Dave & Jean Benz
