Nice condo

We enjoy NSB but were concerned about the beach erosion in front of our complex, and surprised that there was bulldozing going on the whole month we were there.

Wonderful Spot!

Condo was great and spacious. Well stocked. Lovely pools and great stretch of the no-drive beach. Check-in was quite smooth. Small issues: bring your own umbrella/tent for the beach (condo provided is quite small) and lack of guest parking. Each unit is issued 1 parking space. Definitely a problem for multi-car families or day visitors. Otherwise it was fabulous!

SPECTACULAR *** “Seas” the Day is all you have to do at this condo!!!

Property was GORGEOUS !!! Kitchen well equipped!! I did have to buy a collapsible cooler could not locate one in the unit. Beds were so comfortable the water for the showers were HOT! The BEACH was amazing there was Hardly anyone there one of the BEST BEACH vacations we have had! Would definitely book this condo again! Parking pass, swim bands, laundry keys, all on the counter as stated. This really was such a breeze booking and an over fantastic experience **Also I did not read the fine print but if you book directly with Florida Vakay Rentals you can save your self a couple hundred dollars or more. Did not realize VRBO charges a fee for booking on the website.

Spring break

The unit was great. Clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable for our family. I just wish it would have had an in unit washer and dryer. The coin operated dryer closest to our unit was out of order.

Jackhammering All Day

This place would have been great. However, it wasn't until after I signed the rental agreement that the lessor altered us that the complex was undergoing construction that had been taking place for several months prior and was scheduled to continue throughout our stay. There was jackhammering of concrete on the balconies most of the day on every weekday starting at 8:00 am. You could not enjoy the property or the beach. It was misleading of the lessor not to alert renters prior to executing the agreement. This was a material fact that was withheld prior to us signing the lease.

Perfect Spot for Fun!

This is our second stay in this condo complex. It is very well maintained and this condo was very nicely updated. There is everything you might need on the kitchen, plenty of bath towels & beach towels. We also found the beach chairs came in handy, as well as the insulated drinking cups. If I had one very minor complaint, it would be that there were no wash clothes in the bathrooms; only bath & hand towels. All in all we would book and stay here again!

Quick weekend getaway

What a perfect experience! The unit is updated and classy. We loved the full kitchen with new appliances. Spending time on the balcony gave us a great view of the ocean, despite the rain! Towels were yummy soft. We never heard a peep from other units. Location is convenient to restaurants, Canaveral, and right on the beach!

Nicely Renovated

Very cute condo on the top floor. Although rooms were small, they did a really nice job with their renovations. Nice, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, great balcony. Rental company was great .... little things like the nice bath towels and linens matter! Very responsive. Only complaint would be I was working remotely and the wifi was very spotty.

Better than expected

We loved the condo, the location and the service from all staff. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Management was always quickly available for any questions. Only thing I would change is to have a TV in the 2nd bedroom. Our kid wanted to sleep on couch instead in room because of no TV. However, We liked it so much we are considering going back next weekend.

Great vacation.

Great location! Loved falling to sleep and waking up hearing the waves on the beach!! Only - was not having washer and dryer in the condo. Condo was very nice. Furnishing were very nice and comfortable. It was a bonus to find spices in the cabinet!! Definely would come back again!!

Great condo! Great beach! Great time!

Our recent stay at this condo in New Smyrna Beach was very relaxing. We wanted to get away from the winter weather but be at a place that felt like home. We were extremely happy to find this condo that lived up to the description. From the well-stocked, beautifully renovated kitchen to the comfy chairs on the deck. . . every aspect of the condo was well planned. Here are a few examples of the attention to detail in the condo: the wood ceilings which I have never seen before, placement of the Keurig coffee maker beside the sink which made refilling the water so easy, comfortable seating in the living room, and a tasteful 'beachy' decor. Getting food was easy with a small market just a 5-minute walk away and a Publix nearby; a short drive or bike ride to numerous restaurants. One of our favorite restaurants was Boston's Fish House, where they have the best New England Clam Chowder. The chicken salad at The Baker's Table (5-minute walk) is delicious... makes a great lunch. The beach is amazing . . . wide hard packed surface makes bike riding a joy. We were able to ride our bikes 6 miles on the beach all the way to Canaveral National Seashore. The birds on the beach are fun to watch as they gather in large groups. We also rode our bikes on the beach up to Flagler Avenue where we ate at Flagler Tavern. What a great recommendation; the atmosphere, service, and food were all great. Most of all we just loved the quiet, comfortable, homey, trouble free environment. Our week in this condo at New Smyrna Beach was a true vacation.
