中央に位置します。 アズーラ地方に隣接する広々として美しく整えられた3ベッドルーム、3バスルームのコンドミニアム。 サウスランズビーチとアストウッドコーブはすべて丘を下って歩いてすぐです。また、近くにはコーラルビーチとエルボービーチもあります。 歩いて数分のところには、鉄道の歩道もあります。 シングルレベルの、設備の整った広い屋根付きベランダからは、輝く透明な海とその下の浅い礁が見渡せます。 これはおそらくバミューダで最も美しい景色のひとつで、とても静かな場所です。 公共交通機関は主要道路のゲートのすぐ外にあります。 ゴルフ、テニス、そして食事が楽しめる。 ハミルトンまでタクシーで10分、空港まで25分です。
バルコニーはかなり落ち込んで崖の側に高いので（ほぼ海に）コンドミニアムは10歳未満の子供には適していません。

We really enjoyed our stay in this incredible condo and location. It was spacious and has the most scenic view from the huge balcony. We would return and highly recommend this property.

Great views and accommodations!

The Cliffside was the perfect place for our family. The unit is well appointed and has the most beautiful views from the porch and rooms! Sharleen reached out well in advance of our stay and was very welcoming. Gordon then reached out shortly before our trip to ensure airport rides were reserved and food/groceries were taken care of. Top notch service and accommodations.

Wonderful Family Stay at Cliffside Terrace

We had a lovely week at Cliffside Terrace. Condo was beautiful and just as described, and the location even better. We much appreciated the pre-arranged transportation and grocery delivery, as well as the location which was approximate to the bus stop, a nearly private beach which we frequented for sunset, and restaurant options. Thank you so much for a memorable week, we hope to be back soon.

Excellent stay

Everything went very well during our stay. The property was larger than we imagined which allowed for all of us to have our own space. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and look forward to returning. Location was perfect. We were short rides to Hamilton and the south shore beaches. Not far to travel to Dockyards or St George’s. Highly recommend this property.

Sharlene's condo is a great rental property. She was easy to communicate with as was her property manager Gordon. The property was exactly as described and the views are stunning. Really appreciated the comfortable beds, 100% cotton sheets and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that are provided. Kitchen is also well stocked.Thank you Sharlene and Gordon for your hospitality!!

Perfect house with amazing views

Sharleen and staff were very responsive in all of our needs. The house is incredibly well equipped with all needs including an extensive kitchen. I cannot over state the views from the house...they were absolutely amazing and every morning we woke up in awe. Location is perfectly in between just about everything the island has to offer. I highly recommend this house and will likely be coming back again, hopefully soon.

Great property in a great location

Cliffside did NOT disappoint….the most incredible view. We literally sat on the porch any time we were home. Does not get better than this. Great centrally located spacious condo with large spacious rooms. The unit was perfect and comfortable. Looking forward to returning soon. Love Bermuda, the people and this unit.

Pictures don’t do it justice

A beautiful place with incredible views! Sharleen’s place was a great getaway for a few days to enjoy ocean and peaceful island. A few notes. You’ll have to coordinate to get around as it’s a bit tucked away next to Azura hotel. Anything you need Sharleen was very attentive so just work with her to accommodate. Also if you need a cab driver ask for Andre, he’s the best! Hoping to return soon.

Family Vacation

The property was everything we wanted and more for our family vacation. The views are spectacular and the beach right down from the property are beautiful and basically private. Location was great as it is not far from Hamilton, Elbow Beach or Horseshoe Bay. The interior was well appointed and everything you need when looking to get away with family and friends. Finally, I can not say enough about Gordon. He helped with suggestions for restaurants, activities, beaches, got us bus tickets and when my wife left some items behind he went to DHL so she would get them back right away. Overall, I highly recommend this property. You will not be sorry !

Slice of Heaven

Sharleen's home lives up to everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful views outside and the interior is gorgeous as well. Very comfortable beds throughout. We had a small problem with the AC, but it was quickly attended to and resolved. Sharleen could NOT have been more responsive and receptive to our needs even though she was in Colorado! Her property manager, Gordon, was also "johnny on the spot"! Do be advised there is no direct beach access from the condo - but there are beaches a short drive away. I miss waking up and looking out the window at that gorgeous turquoise ocean!

A Dream Location and View

There are not words to describe the beauty of this location! From the moment you arrive you are greeted by some of the most beautiful views on the island. Gordon, the property manager greets you to show you the property and ensures you feel settled. Then it is yours to enjoy. You are steps away from the Azure property, to the point of even sharing steps. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the owner has everything you need. I have never stayed at a better stocked vrbo. Needless to say we plan on returning as this was a dream come true on a beautiful island!

in town for a family wedding… cliffside worked well for us with our adult children. Spectacular view!!! All the amenities you would need to cook….With it being entangled with the Azura Resort can be confusing for some cab drivers, making transportation issues…But we managed. Bus transportation is switching to electric buses, so they're smaller and fit less people on the bus so there are longer wait times. And taxis can add up. Just 30m from airport, 25m to Hamilton. Property manager Gordon was very helpful as was property owner..Had a really nice, clean, safe trip.

Words don't suffice!

This lovely seaside home is - despite the photos - so much better than I dared to expect. Everything about the home is wonderful. The venue alone with the waves crashing a couple dozen feet below the balcony is enough, but Sharleen has taken time to furnish her home with art and artifacts that add to rather than detract from the natural beauty. Every person in my group felt that they had adequate space and adequate privacy while the common spaces encouraged easy gathering. The home has everything you think you might need plus a few things you wouldn't have thought of (a yoga mat and scale were surprises). It was nice to be able to walk a few steps to the restaurant at Azura as well as to visit friends who stayed there. It's always hard to leave Bermuda but even more so when leaving Cliffside! If words were limited, I would have jut said WOW! Many thanks Sharleen. We truly appreciate that you allowed us to visit your home.

No doubt, BEST spot on the island!

The pictures don't do it justice! The apartment is spacious and bright, well maintained and tastefully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. All 3 bedrooms are very large and comfortable (we were 5 adults), the bathrooms are nice and clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The highlight: hands down the BEST view on the island! We sat there by the hour - mornings to watch the beautiful sunrise and in the evenings to enjoy the unbelievable colors of the sky and ocean! No 5 star hotel on the island can offer these views. It is also conveniently located at walking distance to some of the best and most beautiful beaches on the Island such as the stunning pink sand beach: Elbow Beach (15 min walk - located right next to the Elbow Beach Resort, there is a public area that is not crowded and therefore just perfect!) Sharleen, the host, is so lovely and beyond helpful! She went out of her way to make sure we had the most enjoyable stay and was always available to answer questions and to provide recommendations. We will be back!

Perfect accommodations even with a Tropical Storm

My husband and I traveled to Bermuda with our favorite Aunt and Uncle. We picked the Cliffside Terraces based on the pictures and the reviews. We were NOT disappointed. Everything was as good or better than described. The condo is beautiful, well appointed, and in a central location. The porch is wonderful for siting and watching the waves or star gazing in the evenings. The kitchen is extremely well furnished - we cooked two nights and there was nothing that was not available. It is in a quiet location and feels safe. You are within a short cab/bus/scooter ride to Hamilton for dinner or to several other excellent restaurants within striking distance. Several beaches are also very close (one within walking distance). It was great having the charger for the electric cars in the parking lot. We rented a Twizy and an Ami, but turned in the Twizy for the newer/more commodious Yoyo. The Twizy was a little difficult to get in and out of if you are not young and flexible. Our trip ended on a rather dramatic note as Tropical Storm Franklin arrived. It was rather windy/noisy, but great to watch the clouds and waves roll through as we were tucked inside, safe and comfortable. Sharleen was gracious and helpful, checking in on us to make sure we we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

On the Wings of an Oceanside Paradise

Sharleen could not have been any more gracious as an owner/host of her oceanside condo in the paradise of Bermuda. She was so attentive and thoughtful with everything. Her property manager, Gordon, was also very knowledgeable and kind. He scheduled our cab rides and offered to set-up a first-round of groceries. Upon our arrival, he met us at the neighboring resort and escorted us to the condo giving us a wealth of information along the way. Truly, between Sharleen and Gordon, it was among the best hospitality of any resort/rental I’ve ever experienced. The Azura property adjoins Sharleen’s condo and is only separated by a wooden entrance gate. Although you aren’t allowed to use this resort’s amenities, you can dine/drink there. In gazing over at Azura, I couldn’t help but feel that we had the absolute best view of the ocean with two bedrooms and the living area all opening up onto a splendidly sprawling brick terrace. Staying in this slice of Heaven, it felt like we were mirroring the flight of the long-tails majestically swooping over the ocean below. With two en suite bedrooms and a third with two full beds and a full bathroom, there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The living areas all capitalize on that stunning ocean view! The home is appointed with an artist’s eye: the sea-inspired artwork, the driftwood gas fireplaces- even the crocheted blankets on the couch speak “nautical.” Thank you, Sharleen, for the most magnificent, unrivaled, seaside stay.

Amazing property for a long, overdue return "home"

This trip to Bermuda was a very important and special one with my father, given I was born there until I was 8, and my dad lived there nearly 20! This was our first return "home" in over 28 years! Needless to say, Sharleen's home was a warm welcoming. The view and spacious accommodations speak for themselves. The photos in the listing are exactly what you get, and then some. I was blown away by how clean everything was, and I'm very picky about cleanliness! The linens on all the beds were high-quality and the bathroom towels were plush and in excellent shape (that may seem insignificant, but not to the picky guest!) The kitchen was stocked to the max and had more than one could ask for (want to bake a cake in Bermuda? Sharleen's home has the goods!) The bathrooms were stocked with various toiletries and we all had hot showers every night. There are A LOT of stairs, but Sharleen made this clear when I first inquired about the property. If you plan on walking to the nearby beach every day, be aware that it would be a challenging walk for certain people. The walk isn't far, but it is slightly up/downhill, plus an impressive amount of stairs to descend/climb to and from the secluded beach. I'm in pretty good shape, so it was an enjoyable stroll to and from the beach every morning, but just be aware the path could prove to be a physical challenge (and less than enjoyable) for some. Fabulous property!

This condo could not have been more perfect! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you would ever need. Not to mention the view that made us feel like we were waking up in paradise everyday! Sharleen was just lovely..accommodating, kind and attentive. If you are looking for perfect accommodations in the perfect location in Bermuda..this is the place for you!

HEAVEN ON EARTH!

Just returned from staying at this fabulous condo, we were a family of six adults, the bedrooms /living areas were immaculately clean and very spacious [much bigger than the photos show] and very tastefully decorated. We had intended eating out most nights but the kitchen has an abundance of cooking utensils and sitting on the beautiful terrace with views over the ocean eating and having a few cocktails beats any table in any restaurant on the island. The owner Sharleen and property manager Gordon are very helpful, promptly responding to any queries we had also giving great recommendations on things to do and places to go, their kindness was greatly appreciated. This is the place to stay in beautiful Bermuda it is truly PARADISE!

Breathtaking views!

As you come around the corner to the stairs that lead to the entrance your breath will be taken away by the most gorgeous view on the island. The pictures do not lie, it is absolutely amazing to sit on the sprawling rear deck and take in all the blues that the Bermuda coast has to offer. This was the perfect house for our family of four, it absolutely feels like home. Each teen boy got their own room and bathroom. The beds were very comfy. You have everything you could possibly think of in the kitchen. We canceled dinner reservations and cooked in most nights to get the most out of the amazing views! Groceries are close by but we ordered groceries ahead of time from Lindos Family Foods-Warwick and Gordon, the property manager, had them all put away when we arrived. You’ll definitely want to rent a Twizy through the Current App or a scooter, it was a must have to get around the island plus, as a bonus, the condo has 2 charging stations. Twizy was great for carrying beach gear and groceries. Situated on the south side of the island this location is ideal as you are between two of the best beaches to visit, Horseshoe Bay and Elbow (super close). You have to go out the the road and walk for 8 mins to get to the closest beach, but it’s very easy. Sharleen and Gordon were so easy to work with and super helpful with all of our needs. Can’t recommend this location enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic place to stay in Bermuda!

We loved this property! Very spacious, comfortable, clean and well- equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Views are amazing! Sharleen and Gordon were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Resort next door was good for a quick bite or drink. Beach is not easily accessible so really need your own transportation or take taxis. It’s centrally located so easy to get to either Hamilton, or other spots. Overall a great place to stay in Bermuda!

Fantastic Stay

The property is beautifully located on the South Shore with easy access to Hamilton and the rest of the island. The beachy interior has a real Bermuda vibe the view is incredible and allows you to fall asleep to crashing waves. The location is a bit challenging from ordering a taxi and there is no beach access. Overall though a great location with all you could want.

Amazing Property

The condo was meticulously maintained with many amenities not always provided. It is beautifully decorated and really is even nicer than it appears in the pictures. The view is spectacular and looks just like the pictures. The porch that is all along the front of the unit is incredible. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen is well stocked has plenty of room. Unfortunately, there is not a beach area or any access at the bottom of the hill. Another issue was that there was a beautiful pool with sight of the condo, but it was for hotel guests only...not for the condo rentals. It is an amazing property and we very much enjoyed our stay
