Great location

Had everything we needed for a good stay, the area was nice and quiet. One suggested improvement would be a sound system to improve the quality of the TV sound (or a bigger/newer TV) in the main room.

Nice place, bare bone but had pool and good number of rooms

The property was in a quiet neighborhood, very livable and great lanai and pool area. House itself was bare (no decor, old sofas, limited detergent etc), but it was totally good for what we needed and looked exactly like the listing. We spent almost all time outdoors and it was great.

Great pool and location

Nice house in a peaceful neighbourhood. The house has everything you need for a nice stay. The livingroom furniture is a bit dated but comfortable it’s perfect fir two people or a small family with 2-3 kids . We enjoyed staying at this property. The pool is wonderful and set at a warm temperature. We used it every day.

Great vacation home for our family of 6!

This home checked all our boxes for a comfortable and relaxing vacation with our kids on Marco Island. The pool was great fun for our kids and the close proximity to the park made it easy to walk there and spend an hour or two when they wanted a break from the beach. Free parking for access to the beach was nice as well. The home came with plenty of towels and beach chairs. The tvs in the living room and master bedroom were great for watching Thanksgiving football. Thanks for helping to make our Thanksgiving one to remember!

Christmas Getaway

Everything was comparable to the pictures on VRBO. Family of and we’re very comfortable. Kids ages 15-22. The pool area was great to spend our evenings and the kids swam comfortably in the pool in December. We rented a boat that was delivered to the dock behind the house. Having the boat behind the house was a great experience. Only negative was having to be out of the house by 10am.

Marco Island House

This house was a no frills stay, but had a nice pool and boat dock, which is what we were looking for. It was clean and had a 70's feel with 90's decor. There were plenty of beach towels, and it had a bathroom right off the pool which was great. Beds were OK, red sofa in living room has seen better days. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which we wanted. We had no issues with the wifi, we worked a few days on zoom. Management company was very receptive to pool skimmer issue the first day. The remote for the garage door opener never worked, but we managed without it. There was hand soap, a few rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels provided, but be sure to bring your own bath soap/shampoo. We had to buy our own dish soap and trash bags (which seemed like would be provided if they wanted guests to keep a place clean). Kitchen was fine for meal prep and had basic spices in the cupboard. The TV speaker was awful, so if sound quality/playing music is important to you, bring a portable speaker. Overall, the location was good for biking/driving to all the Marco Island activities and restaurants and everyone enjoyed the pool and boat dock. Make sure to go to the beach to catch the sunset!

Great location, but bring your "consumables"

The location of this property is really fun. You can hang out by the pool and look out to the waterway and boats. It is a quick 5 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and activities. We had a really nice time. The property itself is accurately listed on the website, but is a bit sterile feeling when you get there. Also, be aware that you need to provide your own soap, shampoo, even toilet paper. We have stayed at many VRBO's and have never experienced this type of policy. Seems strange given the price that you pay.

Location to Mackle Park was nice for walks and the Southwest facing was very nice also

The location was nice for walks. The property needs updating. The acoustics in the living room were not good due to tv/ tile combination. The southwest facing was the best feature and enjoyed by all.

The place was nice and quite perfect to relax, pool temperature was awesome 😎

We will do this again. Only one suggestion. I will let the manager know privately. Other than that everything was great.

Bugs / smell / outdated / poorly maintained.

There were huge bugs in the house ! Evidently they have not cleaned the house well enough for COVID 19 if that type of bugs are in the house. Apparently no pest control whatsoever. The garage smelled horrible, could not get in. Poor maintance on the dock and pool deck , house completely outdated , it had a VCR in the room !!! No water on the dock / hose /
