Perfect home in great location

We loved our stay here. Home was in a quiet, gated community. Was very clean and had all we needed. Same experience as a previous reviewer in that we didn’t receive check-in instructions until the day of. We would definitely rent again…thank you!

Off to a bumpy start!

Landlords are always supposed to send exact address, community front gate entrance code and apartment front door entrance code 3 days before arrival. After many attempts to reach out (including speaking with VRBO customer service directly) we finally received everything needed 1 hour before heading to the airport. What a scare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location for trip to the parks

We didn’t have a car for the trip snd the condor is close to the parks and walking distance to restaurants. The area is clean, safe and quiet. Worked perfect for our group.

Perfect for our Universal Vacation

Ideal location and accommodations for our Florida Universal trip. We were within about 20-25 minutes of the parks and within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed and would stay again.

Better than staying on property

I have stayed at many of the only property resorts and prefer this one. Super spacious, quiet safe neighborhood very close to the parks, in super great condition. We could not have asked for a better place or host. WILL DEIFNATELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!!! A tremendous value for what the property offers, it TRULY felt like home.

Happiest Place on Earth

This was a very nice place. We actually are gonna stay here again. Peaceful and the pool was perfect for my grandkids aged 2 -14. Check I was a breeze , I was sent all info days in advance. Recommend this place highly

It worked but not perfect

There is a lot of issues with the place that is not shown. Not enough towels, very little instructions on what to do when you leave, and not a lot of hot water to go around. We also ended up having to buy our own toilet paper because the ones provided was worse than public bathroom toilet paper. The layout was very nice for multiple families staying. Kitchen is a nice size. Beds were comfortable. There was a coffee maker but no filters or coffee. Recommendations if you stay here: bring towels, your own water (water on tap tasted like sewer), and bring your own coffee provisions.

Excellent experience with this property. Property photos were accurate and condo was clean and comfy for our group of 6 adults. We all enjoyed our stay. Easy drive to all the parks we visited.

Totally recommend

My family and I stayed here for almost a week and it was nice and comfortable place. Place was clean. And also was in a good neighborhood. We had no problems In our whole stay and never needed to contact the host. We went to Disney world and the park is really close like 20 mins away. There is a lot of restaurants and food trucks really close by that close late. I totally recommend this place to people visiting Orlando area !

Thanksgiving vacation

Everything was great and as described- I wish the towel situation included more facecloths and the carpets are due to be replaced. There was also an odor to the water when showering but may be a Kississimme issue?

Place was very nice

We've stayed in nearly 10 rentals and this was, by far, the cleanest property we've seen. And cleanliness is our top priority so this was really good. The property had the usual small issues of any rental that you'd find (bed needed to be tightened up, wall sockets were loose, etc...) but none of that really mattered to us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

The property was clean and all the furniture was comfortable. We had to contact VRBO directly to get access info. We needed more drinking glasses (for wine, water, champagne) for the six of us (property is set up for 10?). Fortunately, Dollar Tree is nearby! Having info about use of remotes and extra batteries and info of restaurants and stores nearby would have been useful. There was only one roll of t.p. in each bathroom. Again, Dollar Tree came in handy (also for more dish soap, hand soap, clothes detergent, napkins, paper plates and other "basics"). We left info that all the sinks upstairs clogged up. Condo is in great area to get to Disney Springs, airboat ride, flea market, Macaroni Grill, miniature golf, Medievel Theater and International Drive.

A must stay location

This property was so clean and nicely maintained. We got there and immediately noticed the cleanliness of the restrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Also, had toilet paper and clean towels. That was a big plus for us since we drove 20 hours. Another big plus is that the Disney parks were just minutes away as well as other stores. The pool was also very clean. Overall, this was a nice place to stay. We will consider renting from them again.

Great location for Disney

Great spot for a large group - plenty of beds, just a slightly small living space. Very easy for us to get to Disney by Uber from here.

Family Vacation

Everything in the listing was accurate as pictured and described. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s located close to the parks and in an area where you can find everything. I would recommend this house it was perfect for me and my family.

My stay at Lucaya Village in FL

The appt was very cleaned and organized. I loved the decorations but there was a few things that disappointed me. First, the appt had plastic covers and the parking was blocked because they were painting the outside and were not told. The workers were very loud at 7 am and in two times we caught 2 different workers looking through the window when we were dressing. There was no privacy at all. Second, the every time we turned the shower on there was a sewer smell in all 3 bathrooms and third yhe bathroom sink in the 1st floor king room was clogged with paper and hairs…. One last thing workers on Friday turned off the power on the second level of the appt and never turned it back on. So disappointing

Great location, Great Accommodation

Master Suite on main, which helped for my Senior members. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean. Toddler loved specialty Finding Nemo room. Location is close to all venues, shopping and restaurants.

Orlando Theme Park Get Away

We loved the Lucayan Village. It was a perfect location. The theme rooms were so fun. The carpet needs to be replaced, but everything else was great!
