Perfect Family Rental!

My family and I stayed at this lovely home for Spring Break and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house was very clean with all the necessary amenities. Having our two teenagers in the front of the house wiht their own bathroom was invaluable! There are two living rooms for everyone to spread out. The screened in porch is lovely, especially in the mornings.The location is great for a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. It's only a short 10min. drive to our favorite beach, Clam Pass.Natalia is very responsive, accommodating, and polite. We highly recommend her property.

Wonderful/clean

I could not have been happier (except for some cold weather.) The house is exceptionally clean and as an artist I was able to use the garage as my studio for 3 weeks of escape from the brutal winter of the north. My wife came for the final week and was impressed with toiletries, hair dryer, and many othe amenities provided. The location is perfect. Convenient to almost anything Naples has to offer. Staying again next January.

Great place!

I would highly recommend staying here. The kitchen has lots of appliances for you to use during your stay. Nice towels in the bathroom too. Very clean and comfortable. We were 4 senior citizens that spent 3 nights here.

Great Place to Stay!

My wife and I stayed here for the month of February, it was a great property. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location as it was easy to get to the beach and downtown Naples and some great restaurants. We also loved the layout of the house as it provided some privacy for our guests. Almost like they had their own wing! We had great communication with Natalia as well, very easy check in process. We would recommend Casa Capri, a great place to stay!

Nice stay

This house was located behind the main street which was a concern at first. During the stay was surprised that you could not hear the road traffic. The house was clean and tidy. Things I did not realized was that there is only one Tv. Not a deal breaker, thankfully I brought some extra entertainment to bridge the gap. We visited during the heat of summer and noticed that the AC had some issues keeping up, we had the house at 74F. There were plenty of fans in the house to help keep air moving, which worked to help keep things manageable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Ashley’s 30th birthday

We were visiting Naples to celebrate our granddaughter’s 30th birthday. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Naples area. It was very convenient to all the restaurants and activities we were interested in. Thank you!

Great Location, plenty of space, Awesome Accommodations!!

Great location, convenient to all the fun of Naples. More than needed accommodations and amenities. Quiet and cool place with a great outdoor sitting in the morning. Comfy beds and lots of seating space for even quiet times. Hope it’s available to stay in again when returning.

Everything you need

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was great. We were close to everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well stocked with the things you need. We appreciated the attention to detail. There was soap and shampoo and wash clothes and extra towels. The kitchen had everything you need. The hosts were great about correspondence with us. Disappointed Trip

The property was very nice and comfortable to stay at. That was the only thing good about the trip. Planned trip was disrupted by Hurricane Ian. Contacted host to cancel trip since area was hit by hurricane on 09/28/22 and the host stated that everything was open and business as usual. Friends flying from NYC to spend time and they were shocked at the fact that the host saying that everything was open. She refused to refund us for the trip and even stated that we were canceling because we wanted to and not because of the storm and that everything was fine and all places were open. This house was her "bread and butter" and that it would be impossible to have anyone else rent out for the days that we were supposed to be there. Well, all of what was stated was a big lie. A month after the storm, The beaches were closed, Tin city was closed and everything single place we attempted to go was closed due the storm. We had to drive to the next city (Ft. Myers) to even have something to do and they were in the eye of the storm. All the host cared about was the money for the rental weekend. It was so bad that we checked out a day early and drove back to my house in Orlando just to savage this trip. This is the first time I've ever had a trip bomb so bad and we work hard for our money to spend. The home was nice but to be told that everything was open just to waste our time let's me know that the host only cared about keeping our money instead of being honest and understanding that the hurricane wasn't our fault and not make the guest suffer for something that nature put out there. I'm beyond disappointed and to know that we were lied to and wasted days that we cannot get back.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. The house was clean and easy to get to. The layout was perfect for all of us to converse while preparing dinner. We will definitely stay here when we get to the west coast again.

One of our best stays!

The property is very well kept and clean. Access was easy with the provided code. Property was stocked with basic supplies - shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, etc. There were lots of extra linens available and although we didn't need them there were supplies for the beach: chairs, toys, and beach towels. The screened in patio in the back of the house was a very nice space also. Overall very happy with our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Nice house, rotten neighborhood

Very serviceable house which has what should be a Living Room and a TV/Family Room. However, the room designed as a Living Room is furnished with only a sofa and coffee table and the rest of the space is empty. Neighborhood is barely one step up from Trailer Park.

Close to Naples

As a party of 8, we had a hard time finding a place to stay! We've stayed in multiple properties and this house seemed like it would be perfect. However, this house is definitely in a scetchy neighborhood with debris and trash all over, but one of the better looking ones. Once arriving to the house, we started to unpack and found a trap with multiple cockroaches stuck in it in a cabinet in the kitchen. After further investigation, we found more cockroaches and mice droppings in a couple closets and kitchen drawers. We definitely didn't want to stay anywhere near filthy cockroaches. We left immediately and called VRBO. We reported the issues we found and sent in pictures. It was then later that afternoon when Natalia contacted us to see if it was okay for an exterminator to come the next day during our original booking. I would not recommend staying here or at any other properties Natalia may have.

Great Location

This home is large with a large master. The beds are newer and very comfortable. The bedding and towels were very nice. The home is centrally located in Naples. Everything is available within 10 minutes.

Pros and cons

The house was very spacious and had a large kitchen, patio and 2 living rooms. There were plenty of bath towels, blankets, pillows and sheets. Also included were bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dish detergent, TP, paper towels, laundry detergent and plenty of beach chairs and toys. The beds were very comfortable and firm. On the down side, there was only on TV, the furniture was very old and uncomfortable, and although the house seemed clean, the cabinets and drawers were very sticky and needed to be wiped out. The master bathroom had a toilet that was rusted at the base and leaked water all the time and didn’t flush well. The gas grill was very gross and we didn’t use it. This house is very nice and located close to everything but could use a bit more TLC and a few updates.

Awesome house

I wish I could keep this place a secret but it needs to be shared. This is one of the good ones people. It was stocked with everything you need. We traveled a little heavy thinking we would need things from home. Definitely not the case if you needs it, it’s in the house. A/C, hot water, appliances, cleanliness, and location we perfect. I’ll be keeping this in my favorites from now on. Thank you!
