Excellent choice!!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at your well appointed home! The beds and pillows were super comfy! We really enjoyed lounging in the well shaded pool in the evening, the great selection of coffees in the morning and yummy chocolate chip cookies! The attention to detail was greatly appreciated!

Relaxing Week

We had a great stay here. Small heated backyard pool made it perfect as March temps would have been a little cold for swimming. Great response time from the owner (had one dumb question). Thanks for letting us stay in your home. Would do it again!

Great location!

This house was located in a great location. Near a park and plenty of restaurants around. Very clean and nice place to stay. The kitchen was very well stocked which isn’t the least the case in rentals like this. The hot tub is a great feature as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Garland gem

Generously appointed right- sized home in quiet neighborhood. Convenient to major roads. Outdoor space and pool were just enough to make the Texas heat fun. Enjoyed our stay and would return for an encore!

Great Stay!

We booked this house specifically so we could relax for an entire weekend. We were able to do just that. Sharon and her husband are amazing, and were very accommodating. They are very sincere in wanting to make sure that you enjoy every aspect of your stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Very spacious for our family of 4. Great lap pool/spa!

We wanted a little getaway for the 4th of July and this was the perfect house! Sharon was so kind, easy to reach and quick to respond. The house is beautifully decorated but very comfortable. The lap pool/spa was perfect for the hot days. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. We loved our stay!!!

Quick stay

Came to Dallas to visit some family for a weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to where we needed to be near. The house was very comfortable and clean. This is an older home so if you are looking for a roomier or open concept floor plan this would not be a good fit!

2-bed, 2-bath Cottage is just the right size

This 2-bed, 2-bath Cottage is just the right size for a couple, and we were able to have our Dallas family join us for dinner one night because the dining room seats six. The location is great, too: Jupiter and Renner seemed to take us wherever we needed to go. The house felt like "home" immediately.

Lovely home in Dallas

This house was beautiful. It felt very welcoming and homey. The neighborhood was very nice and it is in a convenient location in Richardson. Had an issue with code at check-in but Sharon responded and got it sorted. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to others.

Relaxing pool for us, fun for the kids during down time

Had a long trip from California to Texas to house hunt and the check in process was seemless and sent ahead of time. Beds were comfy and rooms were adequate for 2 adults and 3 children ages 4-13 years. House was clean and decor was nice. Cozy place. Very green and lush neighborhood.

Get away

My husband and I had a lovely stay here reconnecting and the idea of enjoying the city! Sadly we had gotten sick and didn't leave the house once. But we were fully spoiled with good food. Mixing Buisness with Pleasure, Cute, Clean Little Place

My husband and I had to bring our sons to the area for some testing. We thorougly enjoyed our visit. The property was well located and the neighborhood was nice and safe. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we found the kitchen to be well equipped . In additon to the testing, we were able to get some work done remotely during the day using the internet provided, and then enjoy our evenings in the spa, or eating out at some of the many nearby restaurants. We would highly recommend this property.

Nice Get-a-way!!

My husband & I spent a week here for an anniversary get-a-way. It was PERFECT!!!! The house & neighborhood are wonderful!! Property is easy to get to! I was so impressed with lots of little details that they take time to provide for guests!! The outdoor pool/spa is a wonderful bonus! We had great weather & were able to enjoy it throughout the week! We will definitely consider staying here again!! Sharon was wonderful to work with, always answering my texts in a timely manner! They were kind enough to let us check in early. We loved everything about this property!! Highly recommend!!!

Great Place and VERY responsive Owner

We flew in from ATL, visiting family in the Richardson/Plano/Fairview areas. It was myself, my wife and our 2 year old daughter. The house was very clean and FULLY stocked. Stop by the house before grocery shopping, they already have a lot of the necessities! We had an incorrect door code, on arrival, but we called Sharon and she cleared it up, IMMEDIATELY. She, and her husband Sammy, are great people! The location is PERFECT. The little pool was great for the toddler! Safe area. We will stay here again, next time we come to visit, if it's still a rental property. FYI, there is a fabulous seafood joint called, Anaya's Seafood. Very close to the property. We ate there TWICE during our 5-night stay. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you, Sharon and Sammy!

We started out as empty nesters a few years back with one other vacation rental in downtown Plano. We had so much fun talking to people and sharing our home, that we decided to launch home number "2" this year. My husband, Sam, is retired after 31 years at Raytheon and I'm a residential appraiser, as well as a local real estate agent. We have two grown sons that are both married and the "cutest" grandson EVER!

I walked in the door to list this property for the lady that owned it, and it just "grabbed" me and reeled me in! It's just a really cute home...and I do mean cottage like cute. That day, as I left there I asked if I could bring my husband back to see it before we listed it, fully expecting him to tell me I was crazy. HA! However, he walked in and apparently it "grabbed" him, as well, because he turned to me and said "let's do it". That's how we became the proud owners. We had no clue we were even looking for another home, but it just seemed right. HA!

We both loved the fact it had plantation shutters everywhere and also the fact that there is a small greenbelt behind the property. The property feels very private, both in the front and back yards. We just fell in love with it and could see the potential of a relaxing vacation home...or possibly a home to downsize to one day!
