Included is coffee pots,4 slice toasters, combination coffee pots.(perk and kurig) crock pots. Every size stock pots, plenty of dishes and glasses, sliver ware for both kitchens.There is everything needed for the amount of guest in the house . For the wine drinkers there is wine glasses and mix drink if needed. We furnish towels for the pool, and washer and dryer so you can wash and fold pool towels.( required)cloth-line if you desire to use. Use of the fireplace is during appropriate time. We do not furnish fire wood. Barbecue is charcoal only. Pit must be clean as part of your exit . Their are two. Special: the kitchen is supplied with many spices, salt, pepper lots of meat seasonings, there is flour and sugar and many other things. If you choose to use the items there is a donation container if you would drop replacement funds in that would be used to replace items. We have 6 five gallons containers of dispenser water(30 gallons). We supply shampoo. Conditioner. Bath wash. Dail body soap, Pantene shampoo. There is a karaoke set up for a $150 rental fee.
