The two screen porches were our favorite places to hang out. From watching the cars go by with our grandsons to having our morning coffee and talking to the two squirrels who came to visit every day, the porches gave us a place to gather and relax with our loved ones. Having two king beds in the unit was much appreciated. Then there’s the two pools and the lazy river. Wow! Just wow! Will definitely go back to Regal Palms.

Great place for family

We had a great stay at Laura’s property. Perfect for adults and kids. The pool area was nice. The location was close enough to the theme parks. Would stay again.

Great location to Disney

We enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms. The location to all the Disney properties is great. Our kids loved the pool, lazy River, and water slide. Having a Publix so close was great as well. Very good value and would recommend.

Labor Day getaway

Great location in the resort, a quick walk to the pool/clubhouse area. Nice and clean and on a corner lot. Has everything you need and lots of space. We had a great time!!

Summer Vacation was a hit!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had plenty of room (4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths) which was great for our family! The pool at this resort is super nice! We really enjoyed our stay. 😊

Everything was great. Condo was perfect and close to all the parks. Publix right on corner.

Kids had a blast. Pool, water slide, lazy river and arcade and ice cream place was perfect! Will do it again!

It was a good place. There are some updates that are probably needed, but didn’t affect our stay. I also would call the pool area a water park.

Laura's property was great. Everything we needed was at hand. It was spotlessly clean. Communication with Laura over minor requirements were resolved quickly.One negative but nothing to do with the villa was that due to traffic congestion the drive into the Universal Parks took well over an hour each way - a bit too long for us after an exhausting day in the heat!Dudirectly.injuries

Great Experience!

Perfect vacation for grandparents with teen grandchildren! Just enough to keep them busy. Pools were a hit! Light shopping, movie theater, Hungry Crab and other restaurants were close by. Great communication with hostess. Wonderful home! We'll be back.
