Property is very old but very acceptable for price paid. The front door is almost impossible to open and it requires some maintenance and maybe a new lock and handle fittedLack of pathways on property makes it difficult to keep property clean as you have to walk on grass all the time when outside. Property overall needs some maintenance.Otherwise ok

Little River House

Excellent location and perfect for our little dog. House was clean, older but everything you need including a bath not just a shower, which for us was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, comfortable for a small family.

Felt very comfortable was able to walk to all facilities. Would be good if the lawn is mowed. Was so much clover with alot of bees.

The property was well located but unfortunately we had to checkout 2 nights early due to cyclone Alfred with flood warning in the area and the roads home. Unfortunately no refund available for those nights

The house was older style with some renovations. Had a great sized garage which I used to stow my boat . Single one way lane was a problem to reverse boat into garage. House location was good and close to shops etc.

Disappointing - Very dirty

The entire property smelt like old nicotine, so much that it has permeated our clothes and bedding we took with us. The walls in toilet had stains down them, the shower track was mouldy and grimy and there was hair in the drains. The kitchen table and benches were dirty and sticky and an old stinky sponge was left on the bench for us to use. When I went to use the kettle the board underneath it was green with powdery mould and all the dishes had to be washed prior to using as they had not been cleaned. The carpets were dirty and stained and the airconditioners were not fit for use - both were mouldy so we were unable to warm the house. Pretty bad that we are charged a cleaning fee as part of the rental price and the property was not even clean for us....Will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to anyone else.

Perfect for our small dog, unfortunately having just had a heart operation and fresh out of hospital, reading the rules etc I overlooked the need for bringing our own linen, towels etc so spent a rough night., Had considered other places we stay at provide those, so thought that was a real negative.

A short walk to a people friendly beach, and kid’s park opposite the pub.Short drive to Airforce Beach which is off leash but not so good for swimming-very rough surf.
