Best stay ever!

We are a group of 4 women who plan a weekend trip before the holidays every year. We have found our forever home and will be staying here every time from now on. Everything was perfectly charming. The living room with the big tv, the kitchen that had everything and each one of us had our own bedroom. Simply lovely, thank you!

Family vacation

Loved it. My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was clean and very comfortable! There were plenty of puzzles and games to play, all the amenities needed for a great time. Close to the village for shopping and the lake for hikes. We are already talking about another visit. Definitely 5 star!

Beautiful Mountain Home

We had a great weekend and enjoyed this beautiful home. The home is clean and spacious. We were able to bring food and cooked in the lovely kitchen. It has a well stocked pantry and all that was needed to cook and bake. The decks had beautiful views of the mountains and amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the fireplace and watching movies. The directions to the home and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely come back again and recommend the home to others.

Perfect for Family Events

We absolutely loved this place! So much room yet so cozy with a lovely mountain feel. Everyone had their own private space yet could also be with the group when they wanted to. Everything you would possibly need, especially in the kitchen. They even provided a huge basket of snacks. The deck and view was so calm and peaceful and we loved feeding the Blue Jays! We will definitely go back.

Large clean beautiful house

We came up to Lake Arrowhead in May to enjoy some hiking with my boys. This house is one of the few rental homes that I have stayed at where the photos dont do a justice to the home. Usually we are a bit disappointed comparing the photos to the real home but this property is perfect. Clean, very thoughtfully decorated and the decks outside are awesome. Great BBQ to cook and enjoy the forest views, nice privacy. The best surprise is the pinball machine on the bottom floor - my 7 year old played it for hours.

Winter Wonderland!

Our family trip occurred over the huge snowmaggedon weekend in February. We had to stay a few extra days, but this house is one you wouldn't mind being stuck in. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with as well and kept us in the loop. We made some amazing meals and stayed warm by the many fireplaces! We would love to come back and stay during the warmer months and enjoy the lake. Check in was a breeze and the home is exactly as described!

The Perfect Getaway

This property is ideal for any Family/Friend Getaway. The lay out of the house is great, with multiple balconies and decks for maximum entertainment. Very clean house, very convenient location. Will Definitely return and rent this property again and again. Fully Stocked kitchen with all necessities. Great Ownership who treated us like royalty who even brought a brand new coffee machine after management company forgot to clean and service old one. A++++ Will recommend to everyone !!!

Perfect Serene Getaway

The property was excellent and accommodated 8 persons without any issues. Decks provided spectacular views and the house was nice and cozy, even though the weather outside was pretty chilly. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and we had no disturbances at any time. Would definitely give this property priority when planning another trip to Lake Arrowhead.

Lake Arrowhead Getaway

Our family had a great time in this cabin! Three stories and very nicely decorated and plenty of amenities inside including a fully stocked kitchen and some games on the lower level. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy with larger groups. Would definietely recommend.

Great stay

We just loved this house and how well stocked it was - we have never stayed in a rental property as well stocked as this. We will be back again! The home was clean, orderly and has upgraded touches throughout (great plush towels and bedding, etc). We really enjoyed this property!!!

Fantastic Home for our family reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. The three levels were perfect for the wide range of grandkids (7-20) and gave the adults plenty of space to connect and catch up. The amenities were great and the beds were comfy. The only downside was that the pull out couch was not comforable. We would definately stay here again.

Lovely Lake Arrowhead Mountain Home

This vacation home has a lot going for it! The top level is accessed from the garage and has a very spacious Master Bedroom with a King bed and its own deck! The photos don’t show it, but the bathroom does have a large jetted tub separate from the shower. The middle level is the gathering spot with a beautiful, well supplied kitchen, large dining room, two eating areas outside on the deck, and a lovely living room with a TV. This level has a full guest bath that is also for the Queen bedroom down the hall. The lower level has another terrific family room with tons of games, books, DVD’s and a pinball machine that was a hit with everyone! Also includes a nice covered deck area outside. Two more bedrooms on this level that share a full Jack and Jill bathroom. We used the passes for the Lake and really enjoyed the Tavern Bay Beach area. Something to keep in mind is that there is no yard at the house for the kids to play/hang out in as the property is on a steep slope. Also, our visit was during a heat wave and as most homes in Arrowhead, this one does not have air conditioning (or ceiling fans). It was pretty hot in the afternoons, but there were quite a few electric fans to help cool the place off in the evenings. Overall, we really enjoyed our week and thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Very pleased with everything!

This house is beautiful, very well organized and stocked with all the essentials! It has 3 levels. Each level has a balcony and a full bathroom. Street level has the garage and master bedroom. Next level down has the living room, kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The next level down has the family/game room, 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. We got a chance to meet the owners and found them to be very friendly and welcoming people. We would love to go back again in the future!

Beautiful Lake Getaway

Lake Arrowhead is a beautiful mountain lake and this house was perfect to enjoy its beauty. This home has four bedrooms with very comfortable beds (2 king, 2 queen) and three very clean bathrooms. It has 2 large family rooms great for gathering the family each with a fireplace and TV and plenty of movies to choose from (Netflix or DVDs). Also a great pinball machine that we all enjoyed playing. The kitchen is by far the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental home. Small appliances, fun dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes for small children, everything you’ll ever need. This home has stairs but there are safety gates that were perfect for our three toddlers. The decks were such a great place to relax and enjoy the cool weather. We took advantage of the beach passes to enjoy a nice swim in the lake. If you’re looking to enjoy Lake Arrowhead this is a very comfortable home. An easy 10 minute drive to the village with lots of fun things to enjoy (classic car show, evening concerts, lake boat tour, shopping, restaurants). We really enjoyed this home! Thank you!!

Arrowhead Getaway

For the Fourth of July week, we took out family of seven up to Arrowhead this year. We LOVED this house. Everything about this house was truly great. There's parking for four cars. Four bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, quality linens and space for unpacking. More than enough space to spread out in two large living areas, multiple decks and chairs, and a large dining area to seat a large family gathering. You could have a quiet place to enjoy some peace and quiet, or you could gather as a group for a more lively setting. There were dozens of DVD's to choose from, games, puzzles and an old-school pinball machine that kept us all entertained. The large kitchen area allowed us to all hang out for coffee, snacks and multiple cooks preparing meals, etc. This house was exactly what we needed. A very homey place to gather, relax and chill out in a beautiful setting. Beach passes were included. This is a must in Arrowhead, Without them, you can't get near the lake. The only thing we were missing was actually going on the lake. There are no kayaks or paddle boards with the house. You can't take your own equipment to Arrowhead. So, if you want to be on the water, you need to think about this. For us, this house was perfect. All we wanted to do was stay in, hang out and enjoy the time off. We were far enough from the lake that we didn't have to deal with the crowds and traffic. But close enough to park near an access point and walk the beautiful lake trail. We intended to eat in and avoid the crowds - and we did just that. A perfect plan. Regarding Arrowhead - Lake Arrowhead is a beautiful place to go. But, the restrictions for non-members absolutely limit your access to activities. Beach and water access requires permits, membership and registered vessels. There's no place to rent equipment. Golf is a private country club with not public access. Holiday weekends like the Fourth, bring extraordinary crowds that the town is not equipped to handle. Traffic and parking in the village is awful and there's no chance of eating out without 2 hour waits. My recommendation is to plan accordingly. All in all, we had a terrific time and would absolutely recommend this house for a large family or group who wants a spacious, well stocked, well equipped and quiet place to retreat to.
