O apartamento é espaçoso e confortável. Bem equipado e mobiliado. Excelente localização. Ficamos 2 meses e meio muito felizes lá. Apenas sugiro fazerem dedetização, pois surgiram algumas baratas. Mas todo o demais esteve muito bem.

Reviewer Comments: This unit suited our needs very well and for 2 bedrooms it is very spacious and well set out,hot shower with seperate bath,it has everything you need for a holiday or work stay our stay was for the eisteddfod with only a 15 min drive to the Iona centre, It overlooks the pool,has a bbq on the balcony is close driving to supermarkets the beach is across the road, if you want to relax and not worry about dropping a crumb on the table or floor then this is will suit the family and the budget yes this is affordable people, but if you want the 10 stars and serviced rooms daily then it's not for you.I would gladly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Good price for a family holiday on a budget

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a generous sized apartment for our family of 6. Apartment was neat and presentable. Nice swimming pool onsite, adjacent to the beach. Downsides are lack of water saving tap fittings, and the vacuum cleaner available had no usable attachments and ran extremely hot within minutes, also omitted a burning smell. Made trying to leave the apartment in a presentable state on departure difficult. Also parking in the garage wasn't suitable for our larger vehicle.

Property needs some TLC but adequate for our stay. Nice pool. Close to Harry’s Lookout and Shelly Beach which was nice. Garage is a tight squeeze for a bigger vehicle.

A bad start to a pleasant stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this apartment as it was air-conditioned and non-smoking. We paid a $500 deposit too. When we opened the entry door to the apartment the smell of cigarette smoke was OVERPOWERING. It was throughout the unit and especially BAD in the main bedroom. In addition at least 5 of the lihgt globes were broken, several chairs were "tatty" and a wardrobe door was broken. Property manager Ashley was very helpful bringing electronic air fresheners and had an electrician replace the broken light globes. The cleaners who prepared the unit should have reported to the agent that the previous guests had smoked cigarettes in the unit and that was forbidden and they should have forfeited their deposit.

Great little getaway

Accommodation was a little on the older side but clean. No wifi which I thought was great as we did more family things like play board and card games rather then our children’s head being stuck on iPads. Afternoons were great spent around the pool.
