Communication with the owners was excellent and the location was quite but still close to amenities and sites to see. Loved the close by gardens and the zoo.

It was lovely and made me feel like I was no longer in Rocky, but had escaped to a beautiful island resort. I absolutely adored the tropical garden, the outdoor setting, and the set-up & layout of the house. I'll definitely be recommending it to others. Don't be surprised if we come back again!

Home on The Range

Always a pleasure visiting Rockhampton, knowing the homely accommodation is there . David and Sandra go the extra mile ….. breakfast facilities/foods, coffee and Sandra’s awesome welcome gift of homemade shortbread. Really look forward to this beautiful home stay.

Great hospitality and location

Our group of three really enjoyed our 8 night stay in Oct 2024. The hosts were great. The house was fully set up, a lot of inclusions, everything worked fine, very comfortable, plenty of space. Location was excellent, beautiful neighbourhood.

Staying here was fantastic, very well located, close to the botanical gardens and zoo as well shops. Had everything we needed and more. David and Sandra have put a lot of thought and consideration into what their guests may want and need.

Good little hideaway close to everything in town.

Stayed here for a week for the rocky barra bash, had brought my bought down and stayed here with a friend. Was very close to everything that we needed throughout the week. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, any issues they were very happy to help. Great place to stay very quiet street. Thanks again, will rebook in future times ahead, would recommend!

Lovely Stay With All The Comforts of Home

Such a wonderful base for our holiday. Quiet but in a central location, many extras included (breakfast supplies, free wifi, bathroom consumables etc) and lots of special touches that made our stay enjoyable. We would most definitely choose to stay in this property when travelling to Rockhampton again.

Fabulous quiet accomodation

Such a delightful spot to stay; I am so glad we found this property. The accomodation is roomy, very safe and in a quiet location. Everything was comfortable and the owners were extremely thoughtful with the extras they supplied for their guests. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Accommodation

We really enjoyed our 10 week stay at the Range accommodation. The hosts were amazing, they were very friendly and knowledgeable, also there dogs were a highlight of the stay. Everything was very clean and tidy and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Rocky :) highly recommend for others staying here if travelling to Rocky :) From Kayla

We are all over 60.. we thought this was a fantastic place to stay.

We loved the large kitchen living area and one of us slept on the sofa bed so with the two bedrooms we all had separate sleeping areas. It is a lovely homey place and well resourced. We will come back in a flash. The tropical gardens give a lovely outlook from the living area. Negatives: the owners live upstairs and you can hear them walking around There are only two stove plates but a high quality microwave could make up for that The hot water has to mastered These might be deal breakers for others but didn’t bother us at all. As I said this is a fantastic place for the cost.

Every thing you needed was supplied, no need to bring anything. This was my second visit and it was better than the first, I couldn't find any fault will definitely stay again.
