We had a great time. The condo was very clean and well stocked, Chad even provided some breakfast essentials for us. The location was close to some great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay!! Super clean and comfortable! Chad was the perfect host right down to staying in contact when our flight was delayed! Great sunrises from the patio with morning coffee. Quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood and close to the mall, restaurants etc. Easy parking. Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a family wedding and this property was so much better than staying in a hotel. It had plenty of beautifully decorated space for my husband and I, and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We went to the pool four times and always had it to ourselves. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided made it easy to spend a day at Juno Beach. We really appreciated the groceries Chad stocked in the refrigerator...it meant we didn't have to rush off to the grocery store (Publix is 5 minutes away) upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, beautiful view, well stocked.

Beautiful, clean, great bed, great shower, great view. Chad is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Fabulous stay! hands down five stars.

Wonderful Vacation Condo

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Palms and had a wonderful time. Chad is a great host and the unit and its amenities were exactly as de scribed. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch enjoying the view and the weather. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome stay!

The stay here was absolutely perfect, from the beautiful property and everything being so close and convenient! Chad was also awesome, he made sure everything was taken care of, and any questions we had he made sure he had an answer. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely being staying here again myself whenever I get the chance!

Our stay at Chad’s property exceeded all expectations. Not only was the property everything we hoped for, but Chad was there every step of the way to help us and even gave us dining recommendations that were perfect. Perfect Condo

This condo is exactly as pictured, super clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely! Our host, Chad, was so attentive and made our check in and out very easy. Having the Publix Market so close was an added bonus. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo!

My Name Chad I currently work as a FireFighter Paramedic 23 years and full time managing four million dollar Vacation Villas in the US Virgin Islands for the last 8 years with huge success. I was born and raised in the US Virgin Islands and have traveled throughout my life and found what I was looking for and that's hosting guest and giving back all that travels have given me over the years so I partnered up with my best friend developed Serenity Vacation Villas all located in the Virgin island. So I am taking a leap into it with my very own one bedroom condo in North Palm Beach last year 2018 it's been a great experience success! I've taken all my knowledge over the years from the properties and the last year with my first one bedroom I currently own in the same building I'm very excited to turn another chapter.

This property is situated In a graphically perfect area located in the city of North Palm Beach Florida on the Southwind Drive peninsula which interconnects the river with the Intercoastal in active boating waterways. This one bedroom 730 ft.² condominium located on the bottom floor of the building facing it quite charming Marina and multimillion-dollar Villas across the way with excellent sunrise and sunset every morning and afternoon. The condominium with coastal Caribbean living designs light colors in mind. This wonderful condo located in North Palm Beach off of Northlake Boulevard it's only 10 minutes to Juno beach and minutes from Palm Beach Gardens mall for shopping dining and some entertainment and approximately 15 minutes to Jupiter for dining shopping on the water's edge. Coastal living at its best bike riding swimming sailing fishing are all available for a short minute drive. Publics Walgreens CVS My neighboring necessities break close by

Boat storage a five-min drive away from River House is located five-min drive to the marina and Publix, CVS and Walgreens just to name a few to get all your essentials in regards to preparing for your trip to the Sandbar or for fishing or last min item.
