Ranch house/hunting lodge for the whole family close to lake, river & hunting

Cozy ranch style home that has plenty of room inside and out for your entire group. Sleeps 10 comfortably and also comes with a crib for babies and can provide several air mattresses to sleep up to groups of 12.
Set on several quiet acres less than 2 miles from the small town of Franklin, NE. See deer, turkeys, foxes, coyotes, frogs as you sit on the front porch enjoying morning coffee. Surrounded by trees, nicely secluded from neighbors. Beautiful view overlooking pasture land from the front porch.
The house is all one level with only two small steps to get inside. It has an attached double car garage for our guests use also and plenty of parking for vehicles and boats in driveway.
Our home is fully equipped with pots & pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, tassimo coffee machine and pods, toaster, microwave, crock pot and a big grill with grilling accessories.
Our home is on a fully serviced well. There are 3 full bathrooms and there is a washer and dryer for guests use. For optimal water pressure we suggest using only one shower at a time. Using all three showers at same time will result in weak water pressure. The home is on a septic sewer system so we kindly remind all guests that absolutely no waste other than toilet paper can be flushed down the toilets, any diapers, wipes or feminine hygiene supplies must be disposed of in garbage. All garbage needs to be put in large bin in garage and kept closed as like any country location garbage attracts skunks, racoons, possums.

There is a smart TV in front living area/dining room. You can use wifi to stream Netflix, YouTube, etc directly through the TV. The big TV in back living room is equipped with a Google Chromecast device for streaming from your smart phone or device using the wifi we provide. Neither TV has cable, satellite or local channels. Please make note of this, we want our guests to be happy, we will not provide refunds after the fact for guests unhappy that they could not access cable TV.
We do provide wifi for our guests free of charge and we use the fastest method of wifi available in our rural area. We cannot guarantee that it as fast as the internet in your own home. We cannot guarantee that internet will be working for your entire stay and getting internet repairman does take several days in our rural setting, if guaranteed internet is imperative please plan accordingly and bring a device with data or wifi hotspot. We make no guarantees about speed or connectivity of the wifi we provide.

Quiet country stay in a cozy farm house. If you want to get away from City lights and noise but still close to all amenities this is a fantastic choice!

Friendly but firm reminder that we are PET FREE. Guests bringing pets will immediately be asked to leave, will receive no refund and will be fined a minimum of $1000. Our home is also smoke free. If you must smoke it has to be outside and all butts must be picked up, guests smoking in home or leaving cigarette butts on property will be charged a minimum of $1000. Any guest caught smoking in home will be asked to vacate immediately and no refunds given.
