Family weekend

We had an amazing stay! We spent a long weekend at this beautiful, roomy home! Plenty of space, fantastic kitchen and great location. We enjoyed the walkable location to rehobeth and Dewey. Ten out of ten in every aspect!

Amazing property!

This is such an exquisite home. So well appointed and has everything. Very very comfortable and easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk - Lots of accessible bike paths. Perfect location!

Only one word to describe this property….Perfection!!!The spaciousness, decor, amenities, location, beautiful yard and landscaping- everything was more than we could have wished for and Mike was always available and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful spacious home in a perfect location

We loved our stay and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and all our favorite food spots. We hope to stay here again next summer as it provided us ample space for all our kids to run around.

The best place to stay in Rehoboth

Michaels home was an absolute dream. It exceeded all of our expectations and we plan on staying here for all future trips to Rehoboth. The location is quiet but convenient to the beach and downtown. Its designed impeccably and felt like a home away from home.

Just as Beautiful as the Pictures

This property is in a great location and is perfect for large groups! The pictures depict exactly how it looks! Great that every room has its own unique and beautiful bathroom! I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful girls' trip!

Our group of 9 mostly empty nester moms enjoyed 3 nights at this glorious house! The house is even better than represented on the VRBO site. So many places to gather for happy hour, meals, games and hanging out. Michael was extremely easy to communicate with. Great location and view. Truly spectacular and we will be back in the spring!

Another Great Stay

We had another great stay at this property. Mike is very attentive and communicates wonderfully. The house is in great shape and perfect for a large group. We were 11 adults that fit just fine. We look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful home for a vacation you’ll never forget

This home is the incredible! Top-notch design and decorating with so many of the comforts from home—and so much more. A kitchen equipped to cook for a crowd and so many seating spaces, each guest is sure to find their favorite spot. Wonderful, quiet location just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Elegant home

We were very impressed with this home. It is a very large home that easily accommodated our big group. The home is beautifully furnished and very updated and well-maintained. The owner was very responsive in our communications and we had no issues during our stay. We look forward to coming back to this beautiful property.

Amazing

My family enjoyed our stay so much. This is our 4th time renting a different house in Rehobeth and by far was the best. Every bedroom has its own bathroom; there are 3 king beds, 3 queens, a room with 2 singles and 2 rooms with bunk beds. The backyard is super spacious , The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer. The house is perfectly located. Wonderful all around.

Fantastic House!

This house is beautifully built, decorated, and perfectly located (one block from the boardwalk/beach)! There's even an elevator to help you bring heavy suitcases upstairs. We appreciated that someone showed us around during check in so we knew how some of the fancier parts of the house functioned. We had a few questions during the stay and Mike always provided prompt and helpful replies. We loved our stay here and hope to come back another time.

Family Women's Retreat

This home was the perfect environment for our family get together. It was spacious, clean, elegant and "sexy" (as one of my cousins consistently referred to it as) as we consistently found more attractive things about the property. It had everything you needed to cook and prepare meals. The beach was in walking distance and every eatery you can think of was nearby as well. We all loved it which made our event fulfilling and memorable. I would definitely recommend this property.

What Luxury!

It looks great in photos but so much bigger and more Lux in person! Beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Lovely views of Silver Lake and walking distance to heart of town. Big screen TV s all over the house, intricate tile work in baths , a kitchen to just die for and an elevator for ease in loading luggage. Wonderfully clean and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of parking on the street for our big group.

Wonderful property for large group

Beautiful property with high end finishes. It accommodated my family well and the location was perfect. We enjoyed walks along the lake and the house is within walking distance to the beach. We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday and was glad to find a property that allowed all of us to share in the occassion. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bath. The kitchen is lovely and very well stocked with cookware and place settings for a large group. Enjoyed this exquisite property, thank you. The communication was also exceptional between owner and guest.

Holiday getaway

We enjoyed every part of this lovely home, inside and out. The interior is spacious and comfortable, with two living areas, two dining areas, and a gourmet kitchen, including a butler’s pantry. The huge, open backyard was a secure space for the kids, who spent a lot of time playing soccer on the lawn.. The owner spared no details in designing and outfitting the home. The elevator was an added delight for the seniors in the group!

Magnificent Book Club Getaway!

This was the very first time that our "virtual" book club had a book discussion "live"! We chose this property for its lake front view, and location to beach, boardwalk, shopping & restaurants. We had more than enough space for the 6 of us and yet we felt comfy and cozy within this grand estate. The elevator was a definite bonus for those of us with physical ailments. We are so impressed with this property that we are thinking of making this an annual book club anniversary retreat! WELL DONE

Beware of Headache

Some people should not rent properties and this guy is one of them. The families in our group all rent properties ourselves and we left the house exactly as we hope our renters do; however, this guy showed up one minute before check-out to clean the house himself and immediately started messaging along the lines of “why is there a spot here, however will I clean it”. Now he claims we “damaged” a chair in a room we rarely used and charged us $360 to fix it… the picture of the “damage” is so ridiculous it’s laughable. Our group has rented houses for 10+ years and has never had a damages charge so it’s a first for us. In short, this house is pretty but not worth the headache. And if you do rent it, take my advice and get the insurance, take videos of the way you left it, eat all your meals out and generally don’t live while you’re there. At a minimum this is not a kid-friendly rental and should not be advertised as such.

I'm sorry that you had issues during your stay. We rent our home to families all the time without issue. The house is furnished with performance fabrics on almost all the upholstery. Unfortunately, you and your guests left the house in about the worst condition that I have ever seen. There was food on the floor, stains on the upholstery, stains on the carpet and blue hair paint on the rug and floor. We have a professional cleaning crew clean the house after every guest stay. I do not personally clean the house. In extreme cases, as this was, I do assist the crew in heavy stain removal. I like to ensure that the house is in like new condition for each guest. I personally used our steam cleaner and other cleaning methods to remove all the stains which fortunately came out. With regards to the repair of the damaged chair fabric, yes unfortunately it was expensive. The chair was 16 days old when you checked in. The fabric from the manufacturer was expensive, and my upholsterer had to remove several additional panels of the upholstery to remove and reattach the new panel (several hours of work). We understand accidents happen and expect that from time to time, but we also appreciate it when guests treat the property with care as if it were their own home as it is for the rental period. We take pride in ensuring the property is maintained to very high levels. Thanks. Mike
