I liked the location very private out the city, very secure, spacious apartment but not so nice furniture inside the bedroom but the one outside the bedroom were very nice, gorgeous view to nature, beautiful garden all around,tv not up to date with the channels line up, blankets were were old, pillows had to much hair.

Excellent location and a great property.

The overall check in process was fairly easy. Communication with the host was great. Either by phone or e-mail, she got back to me in a timely manner. The property is located in a gated community with great weather and peace and tranquility. Just a few minutes away from the city, I found this location to be ideal for me but might not be for others. The deck is cozy and has an unobstructed view to the hills. If you want to enjoy your coffee or just relax with the cool breeze, this is the place. The unit has it's own kitchen, fridge and full size bathroom with built in closets and a good size shower. I find this ideal for 2 but more it could be a tight fit for other adults. This really depends on how accustomed you are to sharing. The overall experience was great and it was nice meeting the host and husband. It was also a treat hanging out with the dogs on the property.

Amenities not completely true

I rented this property for my parents, so this review is their experience. Maribel is a nice person and the property and house is amazingly beautiful. I only want to comment on what the description says compared to what reality is. Only access the renter has in and out of the apartment is through the coral stairs that are shown. So, if you are an elderly person or have problems with your knees I do not recommend this place. I had to find another place for my parents because it was too difficult for them, which by the way Maribel did not refund me that money, a little over two weeks worth of stay that was not reimbursed. Her reasoning is that she did not rent it to other people because she rented it to me for 3 weeks, even though I told her she could cancel my stay and could rent it again, but she refused. So, for me to be willing to pay for another house for the last weeks my parents were in El Salvador, tells you a lot of how uncomfortable it was for them. Now about the amenities: It does not have washer and dryer, you give her your clothes so she can wash them because the washer and dryer are in the lower level where she lives. The bedroom has a double bed not a queen size bed as described. Some windows and glass doors do not have curtains, so at night you could see inside from the outside. There are two dogs on the property, they are nice dogs but they follow you everywhere and poo and pi everywhere, even on my parents luggage. I have rented a few houses over the years and this is the first time we have had issues like this. So suggestion, ask a lot of questions about the property, specially those amenities that you are looking for because you’re renting a place where you can feel like home or else you would have gotten a hotel.
