Location was quiet, roomy, lots of little extras, games, water toys, swing for kids.I would give a 4.5 as it was an awesome place but some amenties were missing or overlooked. Host was a little in responding to check in info.

Bachelor Party

Very nice neighborhood pictures represented the house perfectly came into town to celebrate son’s wedding. Family went to his bachelor party. Great location near everything but also had great downtime.

Clean comfortable roomy

I had my family of 6 with four teenage boys and the home was very comfortable and spacious. Close to amenities and if your group is interested in Mt Charleston or Lee Canyon during your stay it’s an easy 30 minute drive. If available I will highly consider using this Vrbo again.

Great house for our 2 night short stay

Beds were comfortable. Spacious home. We were there with teen sons for high school baseball. They loved the pool table and poker set. House could maybe use some new pool sticks. Otherwise, great for us!

Wonderful stay in Las Vegas

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The owners are kind and gracious. Very attentive to their property. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The house is very clean. Game room is fun. We can’t wait to come back. We love this home. Neighborhood is safe. We are grateful for our stay here.

Weekend with friends

We came down for Reggae Rise Up. Our stay was great! The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and safe. Close to Costco and Walmart , as well as lots of places to eat. Very fast response to our questions. The pool and available games were awesome! Plenty of room for 9 adults, and it was perfectly comfortable.Would stay again! Thank you

Christmas getaway

Our Christmas getaway turned out quite well. We weren’t so sure at the beginning. We chose this property over others because of the fence around the pool due to having two small children. Because of the fence around the pool in the pictures we chose this property. When we arrived at the property the first thing the two children want to do is go play on the swings. When we open the door to our surprise no fence around the pool. Keep in mind if you have small children and you think you’re booking because of a fence around the pool there is no fence around the pool. Having said that the rooms were beautiful the beds were comfortable it was big enough for all of us to enjoy your Christmas. Disappointed that the two fireplaces shown in the pictures were not available for use. I believe if you’re posting pictures of your facility those options should be available for use. All in all it was a great trip no problems with the pool, our two children were safe due to someone being with them 24 seven outside. We did have an enjoyable trip. As others have noted had to request code to enter at 3 o’clock due to not receiving it prior to that time.

Lead Vegas stay

Check in information was not given until a few hours (5) before check in. It made me a little nervous since i had a long drive to get there. The home was clean neat. There were few issues. I payed $200 extra for the pool to be heated and it was never heated enough to really get in and enjoy it. Some doors on bedrooms were not able to close. (Not lined up with doorways) Not enough coffee cups (only 4) in a house that sleeps 16. The home is really beautiful and we hand a nice stay. Over all it was a nice stay. Thank you for your hospitality.
