Wonderful experience! Great location and views. Property Manager was easy to access, answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. Condo was clean with great amenities. Bed was super soft and comfy, the electric fireplace was a perfect touch and the views, I can’t say enough about the views!! We would definitely recommend this condo and we will most definitely rent it again!

The room was clean, and everything worked. The key lockbox could have been a little clearer in the instructions. Took us a few minutes to figure that out. Checkout instructions were a little confusing. The checklist read I was suppose to take the towels and bed linnen

The condo reflects it's age of nearly 25 years. While the couch and recliners were in good condition, there was a leg about to fall off one of the dining chairs. The unit needs paint. We enjoyed the location and close proximity to the beach and good restaurants. The unit was quiet although there didn't seem to be many cars in the lot so that may reflect there were not many people there. We've stayed in other units in the building that were in better condition.

Everything was good, except a very late check in, 4:00, and early, 10:00 am, check out. We asked to check in at 3 and were told it would cost 50 to do so.

The location and view from this condo were amazing! The condo itself was fairly well equipped and pretty clean, though there was dust/fuzz under the bed. The bathtub had no plug or stopper, so there was no way to use it. The main problem was that there was a complete re-roofing project that started the morning after we arrived, blocking access to the condo at times. When the shingles were delivered, the exit for cars was blocked for over an hour. We felt we should have been informed that this was to happen. We would have made other arrangements. We talked to two other couples checking into condos in this complex who HAD been informed in advance, but had opted to keep their reservations. It really put a damper on the trip. Either the condo owner or manager knew this was going to happen and did not inform us. Very disappointing!

To begin with, we’ve stayed in multiple condos in this same building over the past several years. We love the location and up to this point have been very satisfied with our stays in this property. This unit however, was extraordinarily disappointing. To begin with, it was the most expensive unit being offered during the time frame we stayed there so we naturally assumed it would be worth the cost. It was not. The bed sheets had a blood stain on them and at least one of the towels had a large hole. There are two metal boxes and a paper shredder that appeared to be being stored in a corner of the master bedroom. They never removed those despite our asking them to. And the drain stopper broke so we couldn’t easily hand wash dishes. And it just looked run down.

Great location

The location of the lock box with key was not clear. Called to get the details and they had to send all info again as we did not get the first batch. Once we got in to condo it was very nice. Ocean view and nice deck. Close to restaurants walking.

Great location and views.

Celebrated my 85 th birthday and completion of first round of chemotherapy. Wanted a lo- key 4 days of relaxation and recovery surrounded by ocean beauty. It was perfect.Unit could use some cosmetic touches and amenity maintenance, but overall we were pleased.

The property is very nice with an excellent location. It was well equipped, the only problem we had was a few burnt out lightbulbs. We were unable to access the laundry room upon departure so had to leave our dirty linens and towels in the room

We really enjoyed our time at this location! The condo was very clean, cozy and in the perfect location. Check-in and check-out were a breeze as long as you thoroughly review the instructions they send. It was very easy to get to the beach and the views were beautiful! We will visit again!

Coastal Getaway

We used to stay at a friend's house in Newport; he sold it, and we really wanted to go back. Found this location on VRBO and it is right on Historic Nye Beach. The property was quiet, every room has an ocean view, and it is easy walking distance to the Historic Nye Beach District.Furnishings were good, kitchen was well-appointed, and the bed was comfy!
