Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and the ocean view. We do want to point out that the listing photos accurately depict the condition and style of the condo prior to booking, so guests have a clear and honest understanding of what to expect. We are not trying to misrepresent or hide anything about the property. We've had many great reviews for the condo in the past! We appreciate your input and are glad you enjoyed the highlights of your stay.

Hi Daren - thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are so happy to hear you had an enjoyable stay! We strive for 5 star excellence and while we weren't made aware of anything during your stay that would have equated to less than that, we would have loved the opportunity to know. Hi Kelli - thanks for taking time to leave your feedback. We understand everyone has mattress preferences. We welcome you again!

Thank you for the opportunity to host you Laurie. We would like to note that the property description does clearly state that the area is still rebuilding from Hurricane Ian. We have come a long way and there are many restaurants and businesses back open, but the area was heavily impacted from the storm two years ago. We appreciate you visiting and helping to get the area back on it's feet with your business and support!

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the condo’s fantastic location—being just steps from the beach and close to Times Square really does make for a great stay. We do wish you had let us know about the toaster during your visit—we would have been happy to replace it right away. We're getting it replaced now so it's ready for future guests. Also, we want to clarify that we always provide liquid hand soap at the bathroom sink and bath/body soap in the bathroom as well for showering. We're sorry if that was missed or hard to find during your stay. Thanks again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you for the opportunity to host you and your family Jennifer! We are glad to enjoyed your stay, and were able to take advantage of the pool at a quieter time of the year for Ft. Myers Beach! We look forward to hosting you again in the future!
