この美しく提示された新しいタウンハウスは、トーキーの町の中心部近くに位置しています。 階下には、大きなオープンプランのラウンジ、ダイニング、キッチンエリアがあり、北側に面した中庭には大きなガスバーベキューや6人用の屋外のセッティングがあります。 メインリビングエリアにはプラズマテレビ、DVD、ビデオプレーヤーがあり、キッチンにはガス調理台、電気オーブン、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫が備わっています。

4つの大きなベッドルームがあり、メインベッドルームは1階にあり、専用バスルームはパティオに通じています。 2階にはさらに3つのベッドルームと、バスと独立したトイレを含むメインバスルームがあります。 子供の安全のために階段ゲートが設置されており、一年中快適に過ごすためのダクト付きガス加熱および冷却システムがあります。 内部にアクセスできるダブルガレージでは、ビーチ用具を保管したり、車を家に置いて、ギルバートストリート地区、プレイパーク、またはお好みのビーチまで歩いたりするスペースが十分にあります。

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable house and a great location; close to the central shopping area (5min walk) and to the beach (3min walk). Kitchen is well stocked - comfy beds - nice external bbq/dining area. The only downside was BYO linen and no wi-fi supplied.

Very central location, walking distance to shops, resturants and the beach. House presented nicely however dusty behind beds. Parking awkward, double garage however full of timber on one side, only one car can fit.

Great local access

This place is in such a great location, it was nice not to use the car for the weekend as you can easily walk everywhere. It was quiet and well kept. We would definitely stay there again.

9 of us stayed Friday and Saturday as we were riding the Otway Classic on the Saturday. Perfect position for us and plan to book again in 2023.

Beautiful property, so close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to stay longer. We hope to be able to rent it again soon. It was a beautiful, spacious property, perfect for a family with a young one. So close to the shops, foreshore and beach. Very clean and comfortable.

You get what you pay for

Great location, short walk to shops and beach. Advertised as double car garage however only one car can fit due to garage cluttered with owner’s things. Watered down hand soap highly inappropriate, especially during Covid times. Recommend mainly due to location.

Family Christmas

We spent a week over Christmas at this property with a family of 5. The house was comfortable and had enough space for everyone to enjoy together and have our own space. The house and garden was well maintained and had all of the accessories you need in your “home away from home”. We were able to cook our traditional Christmas meal with all the trimmings and had all the cooking implements required. We will return.
