This is exactly the kind of family trip our home is made for! Having everybody together enjoying the trails, campfire, and hot tub without needing to leave the property sounds like such a wonderful getaway. Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry that rodent activity affected your stay, that’s not the experience we want for any guest. Our team cleaned the areas immediately after being notified, and maintenance has been working to identify and address potential entry points to prevent this from happening again. We’re also reviewing the communication delay you mentioned to ensure better follow‑through in the future. We appreciate your feedback and the chance to improve.
