Champex-Lacの町の中心部近くの美しいChaletへようこそ。湖から100m以内の距離で、スキー場を含むすべての設備に素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。
シャレーには、グランドリビングルームに面したオープンキッチンと、日当たりの良いベランダ、3ベッドルーム（ダブルベッド2台、シングルベッド3台、+ 3ゲストベッド）、独立したトイレとシャワー、サウナ、独立したバスルームがあります。ハマム/スチームバス、1つの屋内駐車場、1つの屋外駐車場

すべてのベッドルームと上層階全体からの素晴らしいレイクビュー。 Champex-Lacスキーリゾートとスキー場のリフトは、地元バスで800m / 10分または2分で行けます（子供に優しいスキー場は湖の向かい側、さらに近くにあります）。

4つの屋外テラス/デッキ、ランドリールーム、階下のガレージなど、シャレー全体があなたのものになります。

階下の寝室の5つのフルベッドに加えて、サウナルームには別のクイーンサイズのマットレスがあり、必要に応じて2階に位置するエキストラベッドに変換することができます。

Wir waren mit zwei Familien und kleinen Kindern (0-3 Jahre) und haben die verschneiten Ostertage an diesem wunderschönen Rückzugsort verbracht. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit erstklassigen Annehmlichkeiten wie im Inserat beschrieben, Sehr empfehlenswert und netter zuvorkommender Gastgeber.gerne wieder.

Geburtstagsfeier mit Familie

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön fanden wir den Wintergarten mit Blick auf den See. Die Bäder sind sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Sauna und den Whirlpool haben wir genossen. Durch den Pelletofen war es angenehm warm und heimelig. Aufgrund der Ausführungen im Inserat haben wir das Anwesen für 7 Erwachsene und ein Baby gebucht. Unser Eindruck war allerdings, dass max. 6 Personen gut untergebracht werden können. Die Küchenausstattung und auch die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind unseres Erachtens für 7 Personen nicht ausreichend. Alles in Allem hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm. Anfragen wurden direkt beantwortet.

Lake House with Idyllic Views

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Melvin and Cristina’s lake house. The surroundings in the fall season were as if we got to live in a postcard for a few days. The home heated up quickly with the pellet stove, the hot tub was perfect and walking around the lake greeting the townspeople and skipping rocks with our kids made for great memories. The hosts were very responsive and attentive to each of our questions and the instructions provided were very helpful. Thank you again!

Phenomenal!

Just wow - the place is even better than the photos! Stunning chalet, lovely garden for the dogs and not a thing more you could want/need. Melvin was superb. We had a truly wonderful stay - highly recommend this chalet and Melvin!

Wir waren dankbar für 14 Tage perfekte Wetter- und Schneebedingungen. Im gemütlichen Chalet fühlten wir uns auch sehr wohl und fanden alles vor, wie versprochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unforgettable summer vaction

We had a wonderful stay at the Chale. We were 4 adults, and 3 children + a baby. We had the most great time and an unforgettable vaction. Melvin is easy to communicate with, and the Chale is fully equipped.

Stay away at all cost!

I like to think of myself as a very fair person so please read and choose your stay cautiously. I looked up interlaken and this property showed up, this is 3 hours away from interlaken so we were very disappointed upon arrival that this is no where near any of the main attractions of Switzerland.. Furthermore, the pictures are misleading, they don’t show that there’s actually another house right in front of this one, but to be fair you still get a lake view from one side. Upon arrival we were very confused were to go and the neighbor had to point us to the rental. After walking in the smell of old furniture hits you very hard. We quickly discovered very small tight rooms and the middle room with the bunk beds had spiders and other insects walking around freely so my parents decided to sleep upstairs on the old antique couches. There was no air conditioning in the unit so we had to open the windows for ventilation but it’s really no help when dealing with the middle of summer heat so prepare to be out all day like we were. In the kitchen we noticed a broken ceramic bowl which can be dangerous considering we have a 15 month old that can easily crawl and open a drawer. The plumbing was completely disfunctional for the sinks on the lower floor where all the bedrooms are. Image brushing your teeth and spitting into a sink that doesn’t drain and whatever other nasty things it collected. When contacting the property manager they recommended I go shop for plumbing drain cleaners and they would kindly reimburse me. I don’t know about you, but when I’m on vacation and paying so much, I don’t believe I need to be fixing their plumbing issues. They had asked me if they want to send someone out but I didn’t see the email due to us having to leaving the stay all day due to the summer heat and that it was so far from main attractions. Other annoying things were the poor design of this place. You can’t walk out of a shower without hitting your head on the shower racks and don’t walk outside if your average height because your head will hit the awning that is extremely low. I didn’t complain thoughI just took it as a bad experience and moved on but these guys didn’t stop there. After we checked out we received a message that our dog had scratched a window and that we owe an outrageous amount of money for bringing a pet and that we were very dirty. We don’t even own a dog! They recently renovated and want you to pay for it! Worst experience ever!!!!

Sehr zufrieden!

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und ansprechend. Ein wahres Schmuckstück! Die Lage und der Ausblick war einzigartig. Der Whirlpool war ein wenig dreckig, aber ok. Beim Grill draussen fanden wir die Gasflasche leider leer vor und das Geschirr war teilweise nicht ganz sauber. Sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten über die wir aufgrund des restlichen Ambientes hinwegsahen. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank dafür!

Lovely big chalet overlooking the lake

We had a lovely time in the chalet with lots of times in the Outdoor jacuzzi and the sauna and the additional glas fronted room overlooking the lake!! Melvit is very responsive and takes immediate care of any feedback. For a comfortable stay we recommend max 6 People and there is not much storage in the bunkbed room. Otherwise we loved it thanks Melvin!

Stunning retreat in a picturesque location

A high quality, well equipped chalet in a wonderful location overlooking a tranquil lake. The living space on the first floor is particularly impressive and the property includes a sauna, hammam and outdoor hot tub, perfect after a long day's skiing. We drove to Le Chable (25 mins with free parking) to take the gondola to Verbier. The village does offer various eateries although many were closed at the time of our visit. Local shop and boulangerie catered for daily needs. Owner is extremely helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated. We would love to re-visit the chalet in July/August to experience Champex-Lac in the summer - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Kleines Wellness-Chalet

Schönes Chalet an einem bezaubernden Ort. Besonders haben uns die Chalet-Eigenen Wellness-Möglichkeiten mit Jacuzzy, Dampfbad und Sauna gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Marvin war sehr unkompliziert, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Racellettes- und Fondue-Utensilien, Pfannen etc.)

Magnifique séjour au Chalet Vert

Superbe chalet très bien équipé, avec prestations de qualité ( jacuzzi, sauna, plusieurs terasses, vue direct sur le lac). Emplacement idéal dans la station, à quelques mètres des pistes. Melvin et Cristina sont adorables et très réactifs, nous avons passé un super séjour ! Au plaisir d’y retourner !
