yes, we felt welcome.amenities were good, except for the hot water, which ran out at times and the tv and internet, which were both pretty bad.

Lovely house, great location

The house was lovely and big, having two car spaces at the property was great. The bathrooms were really nice, beds were comfy and the balconies/outdoor spaces were excellent.Unbeatable location, so close to shops and the pub.

Great property in a great location.

Was the perfect location for all we wanted to do. Hardly had to use the car at all. Clean and modern. Great spot.

Family getaway

So happy to find everything looked as good as the pictures. The rooms suited our group perfectly, especially the largest room with enough floor space to fit the travel cot for the baby. The backyard was great for the dog and the balcony was a fantastic space for the bbq. Hope to have another stay.

Anglesea house

This place was great, awesome location, as a group of adults we were very comfy here. There were a few basic items lacking (eg soap, toilet paper olive oil) that we had to go and buy so just bring that with you if they haven't added those to the house. We would stay again!

Excellent location; light filled; spacious

We enjoyed our 3 night stay, lots of space & light; big couch & dining table. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Note: Minimal pantry items (tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper only); No toiletries provided (bring hand soap, hand towels); throw in some spare tea towels (only 1 provided); no oven trays; electric fry pan came in handy.

Fantastic stay

It was a awesome holiday we had in Angelsea. This house was just beautiful and modern and perfect for us. So close to the shops. We will defifinately come back .

Enjoy the stay. Family and kids friendly.

Really need internet on the property to entertain the kids and swimming pool need to be cleaning. Kids were looking forward to enjoy the pool but couldn't.

Lovely, clean home with everything you would need. Accessible to everything.

Easy process and friendly, helpful staff to work with. Lovely home. It's not clear on the site but the two bathrooms have everything - showers and toilets, with plenty of space. Would definitely go back here!

Great house in great location

We booked this last minute as we wanted to extend our stay down on surf coast for few extra days. Host was fabulous given the short notice. Clean and comfortable with fabulous outdoor space which we and pup enjoyed thoroughly! Not far from both shops and beach.

Excellent house in central location

The place was great. The kitchen/living area was really open and light. The deck saw plenty of sun and was a great spot to spend some downtime during the day. The house is really close to the shops so anything you need was within walking distance. The whole booking and check-in process was super easy too

Great weekend away

Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay wished we could of stayed longer and would definitely recommend this property, the only downer was we had to vacuum the bathroom floors when we arrived as there was a lot of hair left on the floors from last tenants and we made sure we didn’t leave it like that.

Woeful Property Agency - Surf Coast Real Estate

The property itself was located perfectly and the trip itself was enjoyable, since then, the letting agent has really let the property down. Taking money from your account without contact and then claiming it is to get a cleaner in really worried me that the property does not get cleaned in between tenants. Property Manager Jayde laughing at our requirement for WiFi to use our baby monitor and asking if it was that important shocked everyone. Such a shame that the holiday has ended on this note! Avoid this agency at all costs.
