Great Experience. Very nice accommodations.

This was our first time renting through VRBO. And this was a wonderful first impression. Property was as described online. Very clean and nicely appointed in a nautical theme. Plenty of room to park. There was minimal need to contact the owner but when I did he replied nearly immediately. It is advertised as two bedroom but with set of bunk bed in a separate room and a set of twin beds on the back extension it would easily sleep 8. In the spacious back yard there is a pavilion where you can eat or enjoy your morning coffee. The property is situated at the end of a canal line with boats of the neighbors properties. We even had several visits from Manatees during the month we were there. For the fishermen there is a fish cleaning station. The property is in a residential neighborhood which is very quite at night. Currently there are a couple residential construction projects down the street which had a little extra traffic during the day. But when that is done I can see it being equally as quiet during the day. The property is very conveniently located to restaurants, bars and grocery shopping. We particularly enjoyed 3-4 spots that had daily happy hours special, Live music and great spots to watch the sunsets. We did several day trips throughout the keys. Did a couple days in Key West and Miami. Bottom line I would recommend this property and if returning to Key Largo would definitely go there again

Wonderful stay, great neighborhood. Walk to some great eating establishments. Scuba diving lessons close by as well.

This house is very spacious and is located at near distance from grocery stores, state parks, restaurants, bars and other points of interest.

Winter getaway

We had a great stay. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. The fenced in yard was a plus for our dog.

Was very clean on checkin. Owner was available for a few questions that arose. Would definitely stay here again if staying in the Keys. Was exactly as advertised. Loved the fenced in yard because we brought our dog with us.

Great set up for scuba divers (and fishermen)!

The location was perfect for us - fenced corner lot, great walking neighborhood. The channel view was very nice. We enjoyed our time sitting out by the water and grilling our fresh catch (purchased at a local fresh fish market!) We are avid scuba divers - the fish cleaning station served as our gear rinsing station and there was plenty of space to hang our gear to dry each day. The home is well-described by the photos. Everything worked great and the house was very well stocked.

Ideal!

Very clean, well stocked. It is in walking distance of Pennekamp State Park and some restaurants. Denys, the owner was very accommodating . Well priced.
