Thank you for your review. We’re glad your stay was otherwise excellent, and we’re sorry the smoke alarm’s low-battery chirping disrupted your final night. We understand how frustrating it was to be unable to sleep, especially after moving to another bedroom. We’ll review our response to after-hours maintenance issues and ensure the alarm was addressed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your review! We're glad the convenient location, cleanliness, and amenities worked well for you. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again soon.

Thank you for your review! Glad the condo had everything you needed for two couples, that you enjoyed the hot tub after skiing, and that the kitchen was well appointed. Pleased the quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the slopes made for a great stay — we’d be happy to host you again.

Thank you for the detailed feedback — I’m sorry these issues affected your stay. I’ve passed everything to the owner and our maintenance team to address: inspect and fix the hot tub cover mechanism, evaluate/repair or replace the pull-out sofa and the air mattress, repair the torn outdoor chair and the refrigerator door shelf, and provide a sink stopper and additional dish towels. We’ll also review the listing’s photos and stated maximum occupancy to ensure the space is accurately represented for six guests. If you can share any photos or additional details, please message us through Vrbo so we can follow up. We appreciate you staying with Retreatia.

How wonderful to hear, Sarah! It was a pleasure hosting your most recent visit to Steamboat and hope we can have the pleasure of doing so again on your future visit. Thanks for the wonderful review!
