This is a really cool house in a perfect location. We were in town for a wedding and walked to town within a couple minutes. The house itself and accommodations were very nice, and we would definitely stay there again.

House was very clean and cozy! Met Jason when we arrived and he was very nice. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Cute coffee shop right down the street with great coffee and food. We will be reserving again next year for Pilgrimage Festival.

Great home and location

We loved our stay, perfect 3 bedroom for a family wedding in Franklin. Great location, can walk anywhere and especially close to CJ’s Off The Square if looking for a place to stay for a wedding.

Amazing out / fantastic location!

We were in Franklin for a job we were doing, and had some family joining us, so this was the perfect cottage to house the few of us. It was so cute, had everything we needed and was walking distance to everything that Franklin has to offer. We will definitely be back and stay here again. The host was great communicating and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Franklin & staying within this charming house. The location to restaurants & the town square was ideal. Communication with the property managers were extremely timely & supportive. We would definitely stay here again!! A couple of insignificant, but common convivences that can be improved for the next guests are working blow dryers & shampoo in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was outstanding. Cheers to Jason & Stephanie for creating a home away from home.

Great location and house for 3 couples!

We enjoyed staying at the home and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for a long weekend with 3 couples. We liked sitting both on front porch and back porch and using the fire pit in the back yard. Thank you!

Excellent location. Easy walk to Main Street. Can get a little noisy at night with cars driving by. But that is to be expected. Rooms were spacious. Beds and linens were comfortable. Did not love the rain shower and the shower curtain had mold on it. Could use brighter outdoor lighting on the porch. It is quite dark at night. Excellent communication and response time with the host. We would stay here again.
