Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay at Walking on Sunshine. We are glad you found it to be a beautiful rental and we are so sorry you had an unwanted guest during your stay. All our properties receive regular scheduled professional pest control from both their HOA and from us. But sometimes, despite our best efforts, especially in unseasonably warm or wet weather, we will get a freeloader. We are terribly sorry that this happened during your stay, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to host you in the future!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you weren't completely satisfied with the house during your stay but we are currently working on many new upgrades. We agree the location is so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants – you can walk to all. So glad we were able to install a DVD player for you. Sounds like you are someone who likes movies – so do we! That’s why recently we upgraded every TV in the house to include FIVE smart, large flat screen TV’s. We also have the largest variety of channels available – over 250! Those channels include 10 HBO’s, 8 Showtimes, Starz, Cinemax, several ESPN’s, Nick, Disney and so, so much more. And, since they are smart TV’s, you can access all your own video based platforms like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. The new TV’s have been wall mounted for optimal viewing. For the two living rooms, they are mounted for eye level when sitting on the couches (for example, not mounted above a fireplace), and for the bedrooms, mounted for viewing while lying in bed. All the furniture is as shown in the pictures. The only things NOT included in the pictures are the upgrade of the smart TV in the bunk room, and all the brand new appliances, the range, microwave and dishwasher and fridge – all new appliances installed just weeks ago. We also have some more exciting upgrades coming in the next month like all new flooring throughout. We hope you will come back for the newly updated Walking on Sunshine!

Since your visit we have done many updates and added bathroom fans to pull the moisture and solve the bathroom mildew issue. We have not seen the problem again since adding the fans. We are in the process of all new flooring so when the rug goes back in we will make sure there isn't a trip hazard.
