Quiet and Relaxing

We truly enjoy this area of Cape Coral. The lake is beautiful and the wildlife are entertaining. Area restaurants provide excellent meals for anytime of day.

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked(actually better than any VRBO I have ever stayed in). Very relaxing and beautiful views from the sun deck.

We absolutely loved our 2 and a half week stay here. The property is exactly as described and looks the same as in the pictures. It feels really homely and we felt very safe. The air-con stopped working on our last day and they sent someone round to fix it within half an hour of reporting it. We would 100% stay here again.

Great spot for relaxation!

We had a great time relaxing by the pool and by the dock. The home is in a great location - quiet neighborhood with convenient local restaurants and sightseeing. We appreciated that there was a full bath by the pool.

Nice getaway for 3 daughters & a dad

Lake was pretty every sunrise! Comfy beds, lots of room, great pool and outdoor seating, and kitchen was stocked, filtered water & ice from fridge/freezer tasted good. Neighborhood was clean & quiet. Would stay again!

Wonderful winter escape

Lake View was a wonderful place to escape from the cold winter up north. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out - from the pool to the various gathering places including an expansive outdoor area. Our only suggestion- The beds could all be a little updated to make it completely comfortable. We love Cape Coral!

Group of 8 friends enjoyed our stay. Had a bit of hiccup getting the door code from management. Once inside, house was what we expected. Could use a good clean and there were a few maintenance issues. Neighborhood is great, nice location, close to everything and nice view.

The location was peaceful yet convenient, with everything we needed just a short drive away. The host was kind, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.The only thing we’d note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with basics like trash bags, dish tabs, or food storage items, so we had to run out for those right away. Not a dealbreaker at all, but something to be aware of when planning your stay.

Stunning home. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and will ask for that particular house on our next trip which can't come soon enough. Would definitely recommend it to friends. Worth getting up early to watch the sunrise as you have your coffee on the lanai. Very reliable and trustworthy. Book procedure was quick and easy. I love the property an the location.

I love the property an the location. The house is in excellent conditions and well maintained. My only concern was that apparently the cleaning staff don't clean behind the furniture an we found a couple of roaches that were dead for some time because they broke in pieces when we swept them. Also the water of the pool didn't looked clear. Things that can be easily fixed and won't change my impression of the property. I worked directly with Vanessa and she was awesome. She was available every time I need her even in the weekends.

She also responded quickly to my questions. I did not meet any-other of the staff other then by electronic communications. The trip went well and didn't require much interfacing.
