Nice place, easy access to every where.
Nice place, quiet sub. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes except glasses. There is a park near by. Furniture was at the end of life expectancy, couch, loveseat, dining chairs. Over all very satisfied

Family Christmas
Property was just what we needed to be near family for Christmas. Great location with easy access to everything. There were a couple of general maintenance issues that should be addressed, for example toilet paper holders not attached well to the walls. Overall a great place, would book there again!

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location
Our extended family of 8 enjoyed a Christmas vacation together in the Phoenix area. The condo was comfortable and suited our needs well.

Great location, and central to lots to do in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Only 4 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, the Zoo, and plenty of golf.
We also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out!
No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:
1.Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purpose; or 2.Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center or similar use; or 3.Housing sex offenders; or 4.Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home; or 5.Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography; or 6.Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing.

Final checkin details, including the exact address and lockbox code, will be emailed to you directly at 2 days prior to arrival. As part of our security policy, we do this to protect our current guests. There will be a house manual upon arrival with important rules and expectations you will be expected to read.
Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option.
Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit, plus any expenses incurred by needing to move your personal things out of the home, or from moving the incoming group of guests to a new property.
Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested.
Our listed pricing will cover everything during your stay. THE ONLY EXCEPTION would be stays 28 nights or longer. During this time, monthly stays will incur the cost of the electric bill. This will be billed separately to your card on file, or withheld from your security deposit.
