House was very nice and close to Old Town. Amenities like bath gel, shampoo and conditioner were available. The yard could use a little weeding but was otherwise clean and fenced in for the dogs. There was a nearby park to walk the dogs too. We had an overall great stay.

Great location

We loved the location of nearby grocery stores, parks, and downtown Scottsdale. Our host was very attentive when things arose and fixed them promptly. The property was clean and comfortable for all.

The house was clean and looked nice . It was close to shops, restaurants, parks . But it was very sparse , There were a lot of empty cupboards, it did contain the bare necessities in the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and looked nice . The bedrooms need tables or dressers . Overall a good experience.

Perfect location and perfectly clean

This was such a great place for my family and I to stay. We had our young toddler with us, and the house was really pretty safe for her to explore, which was great for us. The open floor layout also made it easy for our grandmother to get around. The location is just minutes from old town and made it super easy to bop back and forth between the house and exploring. We’ll absolutely be looking to rent here again next time we’re in the area!

The inside of this property was exceptionally clean. The master bed was very comfortable as well as the other beds. All necessary accessories were easily accessible and there was even leftover coffee. Initially, we had no wash towels, however, the host immediately responded once we informed of our needs. The less than desirable areas began with no physical address on the property, not even numbers on the curb. This left me wondering if I had the right residence. The front yard was a mess. Grass was growing through what seemed to be rocks. Either way it needed to be cut or removed. There was a place to sit outside, but the furniture and area in the backyard was filthy. Very convenient, by uber, to both Scottsdale and Phoenix.
