Lovely home away from home

We arrived and were greeted with a come and relax atmosphere. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a few questions which were answered immediately. The kitchen is very well furnished and enjoyed a lot. Of family meals . Would go back in a heartbeat!

Excellent!

We stayed here for a week with another couple. Excellent location and the house is completely stocked with everything you might need. Pool is amazing and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Highly recommend!

Naples stay

Our home away from home. Had a great stay..was very well equipped and comfortable. The late check-in on February 1 at 6 PM and early check out on February 14 by 10 a.m.. meant we really only had 12 days which was a bit disappointing. Also, we were surprised to learn about the $15 charge per day to heat the pool. We were very grateful for the help from the property manager who lived close by… Thank you very much!

Immaculate and perfect location

This place is immaculate and very spacious. The best part is that it’s centrally located and we found ourselves 10 minutes from everything! 10 minutes from 5th ave, 3rd street, the beach, so easy to get everywhere. Very comfortable neighborhood as well

The location is excellent, the rooms were large, the pool is relaxing, the entire house was clean and comfortable. I have already reserved for next year.

So Relaxing!!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The house is large and the rooms are airy. We love the salt water pool. It was fun just to relax on the lanai and swim. The location is great- close to the beaches and Publix is just a mile away. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk. Would highly recommend.

Needs some loving

This is a 3 bed Florida Villa on a pleasant neighbourhood and although clean it needs some loving - the pool area is large but in need of cleaning and repairs, the outside chairs need cleaning, the towels are very thin. We enjoyed our stay in Naples and the house is in a convenient position.

No coffee BYO. ½ roll of toilet paper for 2.5 bathrooms/3 wks so BYO No dishwasher liquid (after request 5 packets provided, for3 wks.) 1 new bar of soap so BYO, Old “Mr Coffee” drip style coffee maker. BYO. Old rusty electric grill. Got 6 pk of beer & a bottle of wine as offset, I suppose. :-( :-(

Great family holiday

We loved our time at the villa! The home is spacious, extremely clean, and well-equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5, including 3 young adults/teens. While the decor is a bit dated (as visible in the photos), it is in a nice, quiet residential area conveniently located in Naples. It was about a 15min drive to the beach, and many shops, grocery stores, etc were within a few minutes drive. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast/lunch at home which was especially useful because of covid. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lovely lanai. Eating at the outdoor table, swimming or relaxing by the pool, or just watching the birds on the pond-it was my favorite part of the house. We did request to have the pool heated for the week and ended up using it quite a bit. The owner is very responsive to messages, as is the local property manager, who took care of any issue very kindly and quickly. Highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

It is a good value, the area is convenient to all Naples has to offer. The kitchen utensil are wanting and not a credit to the rest of the offering. Not to be able to park the car in the garage was disappointing - should have been noted in the ad. However it is place I am able to recommend.

Good get-away

Everything was well kept and clean. The pool was a great feature. Just wished we could have parked our rental car in the garage. Beata was always available when we needed her. All in all, we had a wonderful time in Naples.

Dated but nice!

Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The pool was a great asset after a long day at the beach. The house is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood and is in close proximity to many of Naples attractions.

Great place and manager

Our family had a great time there for the week around New Year’s of 2021. The house furnishings are a little dated but the place was super nice and it was clean and the pool was very nice and the manager was very responsive to anything we needed.

Wonderful Winter Break

We really enjoyed our stay. Weather was great. Property was clean and owner was responsive to our questions. Next time we stay will will take advantage of the option for weekly cleaning and pool heating.

Lovely Christmas Stay

The property is very clean and in a very well maintained neighborhood close to downtown. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals. The property is conveniently located close both to a Publix and Aldi grocery store. The salt water pool was the perfect temperature and overlooks a pond. The house has a large washer and dryer which made doing laundry a breeze. Although the owner lives in Germany he was very responsive to any questions we had. The check in instructions were easy to follow. We had no trouble accessing the internet or using any of the appliances. If we vacation in Naples again, we would definitely consider this property as a place to stay.

We enjoyed our visit in this beautiful house. It is furnished beautifully. It has a wonderful pool that we enjoyed. The owner was extremely helpful about helping us arrange our stay. There is a property manager if there are any issues. The location is great - near downtown and the beaches. There is a Publix grocery store about 3 minutes from house. The house is furnished well with everything you need. I highly recommend this gorgeous home for a visit!

Very Clean, Lovely Home

Our stay in this home was wonderful. The pool and patio was just what we wanted for our family. It was clean, there were drying racks for our use, along with many lounge chairs. A fun place to spend many hours. We were very pleased to find this a very clean, nicely decorated home. It has 3 large bedrooms along with 2 1/2 bathrooms. The pictures of the home are exactly what you will find. The kitchen is supplied with everything you might need for cooking large meals or just simple meals. Everything is there. We had hours of fun in this house, building memories with our grandchildren. We highly recommend this house knowing you will have as much fun as we did.

We have rented this property twice and found it to be and excellent choice for our family and a lovely relaxing vacation.((grandparents/children/grandchild) This villa is very spacious , quiet, clean and extremely well equipped. The pool was great and the community pool and facilities are also very nice. We find the location a plus because it is very close to Old Naples , the beach, bike rental , boat cruises, Everglades and wonderful shopping and supermarkets. The owner and manager were very helpful and easy to deal with.

Toller Urlaub in sehr schöner Villa

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Villa ist wunderschön und genau so, wie sie beschrieben wird. Wir haben auch die Möglichkeit genutzt, in den gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum der Ferienanlage zu gehen. Die Villa ist sehr gut klimatisiert, so dass man auch im Sommer einen angenehmen Urlaub verbringen kann. Von dem Haus aus kann man mit dem Auto alles erreichen und schöne Ausflüge machen. Ein Publix ist gleich um die Ecke. Besonders gut hat uns der umzäunte eigene Poolbereich (keine Insekten!!) und die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer innerhalb des Hauses gefallen.
