My parents and I like to travel too and meet new people. We love exchanging conversations and learning about each other's cultures, interests and principles. If you're staying longer with us, we can also do a food fusion night!
Although we like to have all kinds of guests stay with us, we prefer to have individuals who are open to exploring new experiences and activities and who are responsible travellers themselves. We support eco-tourism activities and believe in helping/ giving back to the community.

Haamro Ghar translates to ‘Our Home’ in our language. We’ve always had friends and families who surprise us with visits; hosting guests is thus a part of our hospitable culture. When they aren’t visiting us, we make the rooms available for you!
We have been living in Mirik since 1997 & our home not only represents us & our stories, but it is also our way of sharing stories & having a good laugh with people from different backgrounds from far & wide.
Our home is just 5mins away from the lakeside and Bokar Monastery and 2mins from the main road. Friendly locality with restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and sightseeing spots nearby. Close to the private and local taxi stands.
We love meeting and exchanging conversations with people but we also respect your need for privacy. During your stay, you are more than welcome to join us in any of our family activities/experiences. We live right upstairs, so you can come up for a chat over tea or to ask anything right away.

Our proximity to convenience stores and sightseeing points, views of Nature, Lakeside and Mountains makes our home one of the best places to relax in Mirik.
We also do lots of free and paid activities and experiences that can make your stay memorable.
