Tired, in the dark ages.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi There.As your records will show we also spent 2 days later in the week at unit213 which I have reviewed via Airbnb as I booked the unit through them.My review of this unit is influenced by the comparison of what was provided in unit 213. This unit is tired. The furniture old - it all needs replacing. The towels are threadbare, sheets thin. The only thing in the place's favour is its size. The difference in what's on offer between this place and unit 213 is chalk and cheese, as in 213 is the cheese.I have given 3 stars re property management because on both occasions neither the text nor the emails providing access details were sent. This is after visiting the office for advice prior to our 1st occupancy. Having said that the women operating the management were really good and super helpful.No internet! I've bellyached about this via the Airbnb review. Internet is so commonplace these days it is just presumed to be available. This is the 1st place we have stayed in years that hasn't provided internet, I mean even the depths of Vietnam has internet but not Osprey Villas 109 & 213. Its absence was more than inconvenient for me. I'm a small business, work doesn't stop when I go on holiday it follows me, I wouldn't be the 1st person who has stayed at this place to be impacted by this. Now you could say we don't advertise internet, more fool me for not checking the fine print. Not so, the internet is so commonplace it is presumed to be available. I think you need to be a lot more transparent around this and specifically advise that it is not there or get the owners to pay the few bucks involved and put in routers.....nuf said.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
