IMPORTANT: This is a Saturday to Saturday rental for a one week minimum stay at a 3BR/2BA unit at the brand new JW Marriott Dawn Beach Club (formerly the Westin Dawn Beach Club) on beautiful Sint Maarten (Dutch)/Saint Martin (French) island.
Shorter stays are not available.
Longer stays are available but they must be in 7 day increments and also from Saturday to Saturday.

Sleeps 6 to 8. Perfect for 2 or more couples or a family. Experience the hospitality of the French and Dutch cultures in one!

If you want to rent during an odd year; e.g. 2025, it needs to be from now until 6 months from now. Rentals on even years; e.g. 2026, do not have this restriction.

Weeks 1 thru 6 and weeks 8 thru 50 are available. See calendar for any exclusions. Week 9 is the Heineken Regatta week so contact me for availability.

The rate includes all resort fees, hotel taxes, Wi-Fi and mid-week cleaning service. You will have complete access to all the wonderful just reopened Marriott hotel amenities and services. All condos have been upgraded and redecorated following Hurricanes IRMA and MARIA in 2017. These luxurious 3 bedroom/2 bath units sleep 6 (8 with the sleeper sofa) and has spectacular ocean views and is appointed with modern furnishings and finishes including granite counter-tops, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, private laundry room with washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs in every room, indulgent beds and what has got to be the most spectacular sunrises! This unit is completely furnished and includes linens for bedrooms and bathrooms, cooking and dining essentials, ironing equipment, and hair dryers.
