Perfect apartment, the sink was a little slow in the bathroom but otherwise everything was great! Location was perfect! Lots of stairs but we are all in good shape so we made it fine with luggage.

Check in was easy and the host was incredibly responsive with information about parking, etc. The stairs are a tough climb, but absolutely worth it for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes we needed, and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Great location

Really enjoyed colmar and the location is in the center of it all. A little loud from nearby bars but we were ok with it. Would stay here again

Amazing property. Surpassed all our expectations. Very spacious. Host got back to us within minutes of messaging him. Others mentioned sound of bar below, but the sounds were like the 'sleep sounds' you choose on sleep sound maker apps. The sound of quiet chatter from a distance lulled us to sleep. We loved everything about our stay.

Spacious and location is perfect. We had no Wi-Fi while we were there. More towels and bed sheets were needed. Highly recommend it.

Girls' Family Heritage Trip- Base Camp Colmar

We (4 adults, 1 teen) loved our stay in Colmar! The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The location is fantastic! Close to everything we wanted, Unterlinden Museum, restaurants, shops, culture, architecture, etc. The trade-off to the location is that you are right in the middle of the nightlife. And Colmar is a party town. We happened to be there for the national Musical Celebration, so it was probably more 'rocking' than usual. This June was hotter than usual and we had to leave the windows open at night. It was definitely noisy, but the noise didn't bother us much. Any other time of year would have been no issue at all. Colmar is a great base for travel in the region. We highly recommend Sebastien's place.

Nous séjour a été court (1 nuit) donc sans doute notre vision est elle partielle. Néanmoins, l'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et bien situé.

Ville magnifique

Deux jours à apprécier vins et mets régionaux. Et la ville ainsi que les villages sur la route des vins. Très chaud mais les bières étaient fraîches et les terrasses ombragées.

Séjour très agréable

L'emplacement est parfait plus besoin de prendre la voiture pour être au centre des activités. L'appartement est propre, très bien équipé et tranquille. Le seul bémol ce sont les escaliers en colimaçon car l'appartement est au 4ième donc pour monter les courses il faut être encore en bonne santé. Le parking à disposition est très proche mais pour descendre ses affaires devant l'immeuble il faut quelqu'un qui reste dans la voiture car c'est impossible de se garer. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très à l'écoute, quand nous l'avons appelé il a répondu immédiatement. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune hésitation, nous avons passé un séjour très très agréable.

La féerie de Noël à colmar

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Colmar et ses marchés de Noël. Conforme à la description sur le site,spacieux,confortable. Un équipement plus étoffé en plats, casseroles serait un plus. Je recommanderais cet appartement.

Week-end alsacien

Les + Très bel appartement, très bien situé. Calme, décoré avec goût. Les - Ménage incomplet : entre autres poussières sous les lits, sanitaires non faits (sols, WC, lavabo, lave mains), Manque : draps de dessous pour canapé, torchons, minimum matériel pour nettoyer, patères pour chambres sans rangement. 1 casserole c'est un peu juste. TV : très mauvaise réception Le plus important préciser 4e étage sans ascenseur. Ces quelques remarques pour rendre les séjours encore plus agréables.
