Great house and location for our needs

Stayed to attend rowing competition at Nate Benderson. Very convenient. House had large bedrooms and was nicely decorated and supplied. It was at the end of a quiet street. Communication with host was great, easy check in and out. Close to lots of dining and shopping areas. Also not far to the beaches. Enjoyed our stay here.!

Awesome Property

This place was perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was available in the house. It felt just like being at home. A short hop to Fruitville shopping areas and only minutes from the airport. Any time we're in Sarasota, we'll check to see if this is available.

Excellent!

This is the most well-stocked rental we have ever had. Lots of kitchen, bathroom and laundry room amenities. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We were in town for a competition at Nathan Benderson park and the close proximity was very convenient, allowed us to come home between events and get a break from the heat! We appreciated the beach umbrellas, chairs and towels for a beach day at the end of our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic well-stocked house!

This house was great for 4 women friends to have plenty of space and comfort. The host has thought of everything you could need -- the kitchen was stocked with appliances, pots and pans, plenty of dishes, even tupperwares -- nothing was lacking. Instructions were very clear, and communication was very prompt. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations

The beautiful pictures accurately depict this fantastic home. The four bedrooms are spacious, especially the first floor master suite. Immaculately clean. Tastefully decorated. Great location for rowing (Nathan Benderson Park) and beaching. The beaches in Sarasota are free. Free parking. No charge at all. The property has an excellent grill in the screened in backyard patio. The living room has a great layout for relaxing with 4 people. The owners provided a great welcome package with wine and treats. Normally, I do pros and cons. This property has no cons. The owner are responsive and maintain a fantastic property.

Sarasota Dream Rental

This home was clean, creatively decorated and had everything we needed to enhance our week in Sarasota. The location felt safe and made it easy to get to the beach and entertainment venues downtown. The porch was a great place to relax. Don't miss seeing the Maria Selby Botanical Gardens and its wonderful collection of orchids and bonsai trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exactly as expected

The pictures looked great online, but I was a little nervous that they were old or wouldn’t match the current condition of the house. No need to worry! This house is exactly like the pictures! It’s clean, well decorated, and has lots of space. We enjoyed it!

Lake view, gardens, very peaceful and screened in porch to enjoy the views. I also love the open concept living area and high ceilings through out the house.
