Comfy Beds

As someone who has trouble sleeping on vacation beds I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these mattresses. Check-in process was in-person but Alex was accommodating of arrival time and it was relatively painless. Place is clean and well stocked as advertised.

Couples Birthday Weekend

Nice peaceful neighborhood. Picturesque. House felt very private. Very quick drive into Prescott for touristing, dining...whatever. Alex was very communicative as far as the check-in/out procedure. House has everything you need and we got a lot of use out of the pool table. Would definitely recommend!

Private - But Still Close to Town!

Great property - Alex was very attentive with making sure our stay was comfortable. He met us at the property to walk through the house and let us know we could contact him if we needed him. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac with trees and mountain views. You feel like you are nestled back in the beautiful forest, but just a few miles away is the town square with shopping, dining, and bars. The best part of the house for us was the pool table. We just wanted a weekend getaway out of the valley heat to hang out and enjoy the weather! It was a wonderful time!

Small getaway

Alex and Karen were very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and clean. It has everything you need to spend a few nice days. The beds are comfortable and help you sleep well. Enough pillows for the beds. The bathrooms are nice with towels and toiletries. The pool table and the hammock are fun. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace for tea in the evenings listening to the birds. The living room is welcoming and comfortable. We really loved our days there. The neighborhood is quiet and we were closed to many stores, restaurants, and hiking areas. Definitely a great place to spend some time away from home. Thank you!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay! Very relaxing and warm, inviting decor. Pool table was a lot of fun! The home was very clean, and Alex is a personable, helpful host who had great recommendations for restaurants, etc. Hope to stay again on our next trip to Prescott.

Lovely home

We have family in the Prescott area that we were visiting, had a wonderful New Years in this home. Outdoors was chilly and we saw snow. Enjoyed playing pool and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful home (indoors and outdoors), property, neighborhood, and centrally located. Property owners Alex and Karen were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be seeking out this property for future visits.

Beautiful, relaxing setting

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Inn at Copper Basin. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We had cocktails and most of our meals on the large deck outside. Friends stayed with us for a week and the facilities were more than adequate to accommodate everybody. We enjoyed using the pool table. The location is excellent. Downtown is a short drive to stores and the many offerings of Prescott. Hiking trails are only 10 minutes away. The owners were very friendly and quick to assist with the few minor issues that came up. We regretted leaving and hope to return some day.

Fantastic Extended Stay!

I had a wonderful time at The Inn at Copper Basin! The owners, Alex and Karen, were fantastic! They were very responsive and welcoming. Check-in was quick and thorough. They also worked with me to accommodate an extended stay under unique circumstances. The house was clean and functional. Games, books, and activities were available to pass the time - along with the pool table and multiple TVs! Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook. The back porch is wide and easily supported lots of time hanging out on the deck enjoying the breeze, sun, and calming surroundings. Just a short jaunt into town to any stores you might need. Downtown Prescott was a fun flashback to the days of old town centers with lots of interesting stores. Tons of trails also in the local area are a short drive away - like Watson Lake Park. If I return to the Prescott area, I would definitely look to stay here again!

Great place to stay!

The home is very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The pool table is a nice touch and we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the back patio. Alex & Karen are excellent hosts and we hope to stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

Super clean and well equipped, perfect for two couples, but could accommodate a child or two as well... Evaporative cooling is a little bit of a problem in hot summer months, but owners are planning to install central A/C, so all in all a great place to escape to for a long weekend!

We had a great time - the home was perfect - very clean, comfortable and updated. Also dog friendly - completely fenced back yard and dog door - loved being able to have our dogs with us. Our boys loved the pool table and horseshoes. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for family of four seeking some R&R in Prescott

My wife, two boys and I had a great Spring Break staying just outside of downtown Prescott. The house was located a short 5 minute drive from downtown in a very quite neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for a few days of R&R. We would definitely stay here again.
