This is a spacious accommodation. The location is easy to find and in a peaceful neighborhood. The price is reasonable. The hosts are very responsive to text messages.

Pleasant place with a country feel

Our stay was wonderful. The upstairs accommodations are clean and spacious. The beds are quite comfortable. The views from the east and west windows were wonderful. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'd gladly stay there again!

Great property and location

This is a great property, especially for a larger group. The hosts were excellent. The location is close to town but also very quiet. We would stay here again when visiting Bolivar.

Peaceful Country Home

We were very happy in this beautiful setting and it was very relaxing. It was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet property. Host were wonderful. We used this property for guest speakers at our church revival. They loved the property....so much better than a hotel! This will be our go to property for future guests

Family Christmas

Our son and family live in Bolivar and hosted Christmas for the whole family this year. We used this apartment for overflow sleeping and showering. It was only a couple miles away from our son’s house - very convenient . The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very nice. We would stay here again.

Great place, good location

Bryan and his family welcomed us our 1st night. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. Being able to do laundry was a huge help. It is in a quiet area and very restful.

Convenient and quiet

We were in the area for a graduation. The home was convenient to our family. The area was quiet. We had everything we needed. The space around the house was beautiful.

Great fishing location

My family spent a long weekend fishing area lakes and Three Kings met our needs perfectly. We were able to safely park and charge our boat. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was perfectly equipped for our meals, the washer/dryer was a life saver, and the beds were VERY comfortable! Even though our apartment was on top of Bryan's residence, we never heard his family, even during our afternoon nap. :) We plan to return for more fishing fun and relaxation!

Work trip

My husband and his coworker had to go down for two weeks for work. Location was good. Communication with the owners was easy. My husband’s only complaint was since it’s an apartment at the owners home, it was not quiet during the day when they were trying to sleep. (They worked overnight) and they also felt bad having to enter through the garage in the early morning when they returned as they did not want to wake the owners.

Great, comfortable and peaceful

This is our second year staying here. House is super comfortable and cozy. Owners live on site and are super respectful and quite. Complete privacy and an overall great place to stay. Definitely recommend! Mine and my family’s favorite place to stay in Missouri.

Independence Day weekend

We had a great time staying at this property. It was a convenient location and the property owners were excellent to work with and so welcoming!! We would stay here again and would definitely recommend them.

In for SBU graduation

Very nice place for our family to stay. It had ample room for our family to gather together, visit, play board games. Overall I would highly recommend it.

Private, comfortable, and convenient

The apartment is quite large with three very comfortable bedrooms all with at least queen sized beds. The two bathrooms are nice with shower/tubs. The bed linens were soft. The bathroom towels were soft and plentiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, pots, pans, and even a waffle iron! There is even a washer and dryer! The entertainment included access to Netflix and Hulu as well as a Wi-Fi password for high speed internet access. Bryan and Kyla are very friendly owners and eager to help if you need it. They had several friends over late one of the nights we stayed but we could not hear them upstairs so insulation is solid and almost sound proof. The drive into Bolivar takes just a few minutes and getting on and off Hwy 13 is very simple. This location is private, comfortable and convenient with friendly, helpful owners.

Exactly what we needed

Place was clean, exactly as advertised. Very quiet property. Had an issue with the TV but it was easily fixed. Great location, not far from town. Will definitely stay again if we're ever in the area.

Perfect location

We had a great time staying at this rental. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Close to the freeway to travel to Springfield or Branson. Host was very responsive and accommodating.
